Sehr gute lage,für den preis sehr sauber ..
Nette personal..
Der weg zu fuss ist sehr steil wenn man hoch runter geht,sehr viele treppen..für ältere bisken ind vorteil,werde es nochmal buchen ..

這個酒店再一個山坡上全是樓梯。如果你有很多箱子我建議你就別選這個位置很不好，窗户打開對面就是破房子，沒有景觀，這個酒店房間比較小衞生也不怎麼樣。周邊有很多比這個好的酒店。價格也差不多。建議去其他酒店看看。

位置很好（✪▽✪）出門左拐上坡200米就是五星級酒店一條街。位於山城台階的中間，周邊很難停車。服務員服務和態度很好

There are steep stairs surrounding the property which is not disclosed at all! Incredibly dangerous for kids and not handicap accessible at all. My daughter fractured her foot on the first night there!

I was clean and comfortable but the only issue is the location and there is a long stairs before accessing the hotel.

People at the reception were very friendly and helpful
So were the bell boys and every other person from the hotel’s staff .

House keepers are so good at their job, highly recommend this beautiful hotel!! In Istanbul. Receptionist are very well Mannered and speak English very well and help with any concerns you may have. I rate this place 5/5 stars has been nothing but amazing and I will be coming back ❤️
