For the price, it's ok as expected. The host is friendly, and help us with our heavy luggage. He gave us the first floor because there is no elevator, which was great. Lighting is not enough, the room was dark and rest room was a bit cold. pillow covers were clean. again, for the price, it was ok for two nights.

Spent a total of 5 nights in this hotel. Staff are all fantastic, especially reception and security. Very smiley, helpful and approachable. Rooms are a very decent size and, most importantly, clean. Tea and coffee making facilities are very good and bathroom is good too. Like the fact you can open the windows and that there are extra layers in the wardrobe. Unfortunately restaurant is extremely hit and miss. Biggest issue is the temperature of the food which never got much above luke warm and we were never offered anything to drink (at any meal) other than the water and juice. Location is OK but not very central however the little supermarket next door is excellent. There's also a couple of banks across the road and reception can change money for you too. It was definitely an adequate place to stay and wouldn't be unhappy going back.

We were booked here through Jordan and Beyond, Exotica, and were greatly surprised. All the staff were entirely pleasant and went out of their way to please us. Especially Shane at the front desk who helped us numerous times. It was fun trying all the food as we are American. If you are into spices, nuts, tea, coffee, and more, there is a fantastic shop called AL Rayhan, just 1.1 km. An easy walk.

Excellent hotel just outside city center Amman. A lovely modern art hotel with super friendly, helpful staff. Owner Ahmad and his staff really go out if their way to make tourists feel welcome and can't do enough to maximise your visit to Jordan. Clean, modern, spacious rooms with art work on every floor. Maria in the restaurant was so super friendly and full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. Our booking was done by our tour agency as part of our Jordan tour. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had a choice. We were told this this is a 4* hotel. But to be honest this hotel will probably reach 3* in the western world. The hotel interior is not very nice, very ordinary. The rooms are ok. The bathroom especially the shower facilities are poor. We raised complaints but nothing happened. The TV on the wall is not worth watching. We were hoping to watch a film or two in the evening to relax. But nothing available. The restaurant and the food is very ordinary and the selection is very small. The same menu almost every day. One this good;; The bed was comfortable . Would I recommend: NO

We stayed at Monarch hotel 4 nights of 7. When we arrived we found hotel really good. Food was great and rooms very beautiful. Unfortunately it was the only good diner we had. The other nights diner was just horrible. As a matter of fact food would have been nice if it hadn't been cold. There were no deserts either. When we complained they brought us some industrial cakes and a few slices of watermelon. We had to wait over an hour to get 2 lemon juice we ordered. When we finally got them we had finished with the meal. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there. It's a shame as the rooms are very comfortable and nice

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 4 star! it should be 5 star and more! I've stayed in some seriously expensive hotels in my time and this hotel has surpassed every other 5* hotel! the Staff were super super friendly! Rawida arranged for us to go the dead sea and the hotel even paid for our entry fee to a resort which included lunch. Rawida also arranged a 2 day trip to Petra and Wadi Rum (she booked us a tent overnight experience and I was nervous being the clean freak I am, but honestly once again it exceeded my expectations as well); rest of the reception and Security team (Shane, Raed, Hamed, Mohammed Attar, Malik, Abu Sohaib, and Ashraf) were all amazing and were so friendly and caring including the gatekeepers who would open the gate just for us to enter on foot I cant thank them enough for making Jordan an unforgettable EXPERIENCE!

If you don’t want to ruin your holiday please avoid this hotel ! Is not what shows in the picture ! Is disgusting and very bad people inside without education ! You book a room and when you arrive there they tell you that they are full and they give you a room that you don’t want to stay not even if is for free ! Avoid this hotel !!!!! Worst ever ! Even area is very bad with homeless people and very bad !

CAMERA m. 2,20 x 4= mq 8,80 BAGNO cm 80 x130 = cmq 0,96 con super mini lavabo, tazza e angolo doccia TOTALE CAMERA +BAGNO mq 9,76 Praticamente fai fati a a girarci in camera. Lavandoti i denti batti la testa alla specchiera e con il sedere to chi la faccia di chi sta sulla tazza. Camera con una finestrino che non da sull'esterno, ma su corridoio interno. Pavimento vinile tipo parquet, completamente rovinato. Un rotolo e mezzo di carta igienica x 7 giorni, l'abbiamo comprata, come abbiamo comprato yogurt, frutta ed altro per la colazione, perché scarsa e di cattiva qualità, senza caffè fresco e latte, tutto monoprzione nescafe e latte in polvere, da far caffè e latte da soli con l'acqua calda. Scortesi ed aggressivi se reclamate, al di fuori della lingua turca, nessuno è in grado di comunicare con clienti stranieri. Sporco, sporco, sporco, muffe e cattivi odori. Biancheria cambio ogni 3 giorni.
