Elasophia Hotel

The room was completely different from what was shown on the website. The ceiling was low and slanted, and we bumped our heads several times. The bathroom was extremely small—barely enough space for one person to fit. The hotel had no elevator, the breakfast was terrible, and the bedsheets were very dirty and outdated. The only positive point was its proximity to the city center."

Location is very good. It's right around the tourist areas but you can take the tram out to the less expensive, less touristy areas too. The room is fine for the price. A bit old but very clean and tidy. The amenities could be better but it did the job. The vibe of the breakfast restaurant is extremely good. Decorated in Turkish style, the tram goes right by the front while you're enjoying your traditional Turkish breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great spot to stay for the first time in Istanbul.

Location is convenient, you almost can walk to all places of interest by foot. I like the hustles and bustles along Alemdar Cad.

I stayed at Elasovia Hotel on the 13th and 14th of March, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Hagia Sophia and right next to Sultanahmet Square, making it perfect for exploring the heart of Istanbul. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They went out of their way to assist me, even providing multiple adapters so I could charge my devices without any issues. One of the staff members also helped carry my large suitcases up the stairs, which I really appreciated—especially since the staircase is quite steep, as is common in many Istanbul buildings. The breakfast was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve had. There was a great variety, everything was fresh, and it made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Elasovia Hotel for its prime location, excellent service, and fantastic breakfast.

Very close with Aya Sofia mosque and place very safe and attractive

just no elevator. a bit difficult if you bring big and heavy bags. other than that everything is ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient, with all the main attractions within easy reach. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always happy to answer our questions and give us useful travel tips. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!

The location is near to tram station ....within walking distance about 5 minutes to Hagia sSophia, sultanahmet square, blue mosque

Great location, just minutes walk from the Ayasofia Grand Mosque and Sultanahmet Square. Very affordable and an overall pleasant stay. Be aware that the mini bar in room can only be paid in cash. If you have a lot of luggage, space can be tight depending on the room. I would definitely stay here again
