We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit.

Très bon accueil hôtel bien situé pas besoin de prendre tram métro tout ce fait a pied Dans cet hôtel il y a Monsieur Nural qui parle français belle personne très chaleureuse je recommande la restauration est convenable par contre chambre trop chaude

Très bel hôtel. Propre avec un service impeccable emplacement idéal, tout se fait à pied. A 5 min des principaux sites de Sultanhamet... bateaux, bazars, commerces.... Merci à Ertan du petit déjeuner très professionnel qui a pris soin de nous, s’est montré bienveillant souriant, agréable d’échanger avec lui, donne de bons conseils pour les divers informations... Le petit déjeuner varié et généreux…Merci à tout le personnel.👍 Je reviendrai 🖐

PUn emplacement idéal à proximité de tous les sites touristiques les plus connus d 'Istanbul et dans le quartier le plus animé. Le plus de l hôtel est sans conteste l'accueil chaleureux du gérant et son professionnalisme exceptionnel. Il parle très bien français ce qui pour cette clientèle est un avantage incontestable. Le personnel qui l accompagne également sympathique et l'hôtel très propre. Notre voyage à été agrémenté par tous les bons conseils du gérant. Hôtel à ne pas manquer

excellent accueil, hôtel très bien situé, belle chambre ! un grand merci à Nural, personne de l'hôtel qui parle très bien le français, qui nous a donné des conseils de visite, de restaurants mais aussi les pièges à éviter! N'hésitez pas à aller dans le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel très bonne cuisine et un accueil très sympathique! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique: une personne qui parle parfaitement français qui nous a beaucoup aidé pour les visites, restaurants.... petit déjeuner très bons et chambre très agréables. Excellent souvenir de notre we entre amies à Istanbul.

Hotel bien situé dans le centre historique. On a passé un super séjour grâce à Nural (personnel qui parle très bien français) et ses plans et ses conseils de visites. Nous conseillons aussi le restaurant juste sous l'hôtel qui sont très gentils et on mange très bien.

Prestations de qualité. Excellente disponibilité du personnel de réception, en particulier le responsable parlant bien français. Très propre. Très bien placé dans le quartier historique, tout près des transports et des sites touristiques.

Excellent accueil et emplacement au cœur du centre historique, du grand bazar … les chambres sont modernes et le petit déjeuner très bien. L’équipe est chaleureuse et aux petits soins. Nous recommandons.
