Świetny personel, zwłaszcza recepcjonista Latif. Motyw Zebra jest niesamowity pod każdym względem. nowoczesny i wszystko jest zbyt ładne, blisko portu Galata, naprzeciwko centrum handlowego i ładny widok do zobaczenia. Wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, jest wokół ciebie w tej okolicy. Naprawdę podobał nam się pobyt.

The hotel is really great. All was perfect: cleanliness, vibes, food, location, facilities and above all - the staff who were really so welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with my room, so they compensated me really really well just to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend.

I dont recommend at all. All in all my experience was horrible and i will give it (1/10) and the 1 goes to the location. -Rooms are literally “shoe boxes” no space even for the handbag. -Sewage smell at the room. -Some rooms with no windows. -Windows isolation is zero (you hear everything out in the street). -You can hear and track every toilet flush in the hotel from your room. -They have only single rooms, even if you ask for a double room you will just pay extra for the same single room.

Our appreciation goes to the staff. We are a couple and we entered in the reception of the hotel in the middle of the night to ask for help in order to call an Uber or Taxi (in Istanbul is a big problem with Uber because everybody cancels you). The staff was really supportive, gave us water and helped us to stop a taxi. The first taxi was a scam (he wanted to charge the price for going to the airport for a 4km ride) and we came back to the hotel. The staff was so friendly again and talked firmly to the next driver about the price in turkish. We are really grateful for their kindness and, for sure, we will recommend them and try to come there for our next stay in Istanbul.

Bad room and very noisy. Not even the blankets were on the bed

Made a reservation via booking dot com and was immediately sent a message asking if I would like airport pickup and offering a whatsapp number to communicate with them. After accepting their offer of transport I sent flight details and guess what? No reply, and no driver to meet me at the airport. Their whatsapp number is unmonitored and even today the messages haven't been read. When I informed the hotel staff the response was basically "oh OK, sorry". Room was noisy, curtains barely blocked the light, other clients were noisy foreigners and the hotel didn't seem to mind people arguing loudly in the lobby. Lift was difficult to use because it was almost always full.

Great location right across from the port. Reception personnel friendly. The upkeep by room attendants not consistant.

Had booked a room with partial seaview, got to the room and the room doesn't even have a window, I go down to the reception and comment on this and the next room they show is a room with a window but the only view is the view of 2 airconditioners. The staff said if i paid more i could get another room with more seaview. The staff felt very instructed to "negotiate". Even if the staff was polite, it was a really a vulgar experience, since frankly what I had booked wasn't actually available. In the bathroom the pipes were leaking and there were signs of black mold in the ceiling. Behind the sink there were pieces of plastic belonging to former guests. The housekeeping between guests seemd not to be proper. The bedroom was good but small. My travelpartner who stayed in another room couldn't get his door properly opened to his bathroom due to the toilet blocking the door. Someone didnt do their job properly building the hotel. The location is decent and the rooftop restaurant is really good. The staff was really helpful with everything. but there is something seriously wrong with the hotel management
