World House Boutique Hotel Galata

I cannot think of a better place to stay than World House Boutique Hotel, when in Istanbul. The location, room, service and view from the room is fantastic. When checking in and out, we got given a complimentary coffee. The hotel has an coffee shop on the street that stays open until late at night and opens early in the morning. It is has great coffee and desserts. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff are extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The Galata Tower is 1 minute walk from the hotel and the rooms have a view of the tower. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best part of this Panoramic 2bedrooms is the view of the Galata Tower but it only has one bathroom for the 2rooms. And also there’s not lift and need to walk up to 5th level. Also when u book a taxi back to the hotel, the taxi drivers will refuse to drop u off right in front of ur hotel giving excuses that it’s heavy traffics. Please consider booking this hotel especially when you have elderly people .

Персонал отеля при заселении очень вежливый и внимательный, это надо отметить!!!!! Вопрос к руководству! Заселение было после 19.00 в номер 105 и 205, сказав что более номеров свободных нет. В номерах одинарное остекление простыми окнами. Шум в номере такой! что есть ощущение отсутствия окон вовсе. Спать мы не смогли, уснув в 2 часа ночи и встав в 4.30 от того что в 2 шагах находится минарет, призыв верующих к намазу разбудил нас окончательно. В номере слышно как на улице кто-то сминал пластиковую бутылку и тихо разговаривал. Эти номера не пригодны для проживания, а у отеля не может быть рейтинга 4 звезды. На следующее утро я ругалась с менеджером отеля и меня любезно переселили на другую сторону. Высокий рейтинг можно поставить только тем кто проживает в номерах с другой стороны. Как следствие этого ночного кошмара, почти весь следующий день мы проспали, а для изучения города, только он и был. Чистота: шторы в этих номерах были пропитаны пылью и серостью. В номере 303 в который нас переселили позднее, было лучше. Уборка номеров сотрудниками - хорошая. Местоположение хорошее для магазина, а не для отеля.

我們衹住了一晚，很喜歡這片區域。酒店離加拉太石塔非常近，離獨立大街也很近。到酒店就送歡迎飲料，還送了我們兩塊大蛋糕，房間裏水果、堅果、minibar通通免費，衹是沒有早餐。

設施：現代，美觀，完好 衞生：極好 環境：極方便 服務：極好 非常非常喜歡，下次還定！

Nice small hotel near the Galata tower. Room pluses: good air conditioning, clean, comfortable bed. Minuses: no storage, very small and a very loud call to prayer at 5:30 in the morning. The neighborhood was great; close to everything, we felt very safe and found terrific eating options close by.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. Murat was extremly nice and gave us a lot of recommendations. We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, helpful. They were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They helped us arrange transportation and a tour guide which were excellent. They answered our questions and helped us feel home in a new city. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great hotel in a great location. A few mins walk away from Galata tower and istiklal ave. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. Highly recommend this boutique hotel
