Das Hotel war sehr zentral und nur ca. 5 min von der Tramstation entfernt. Es war sauber, aber etwas heruntergekommen, jedoch nichts schlimmes. Man konnte sich 24/7 Kaffee, Tee und Wasser nehmen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und nett.

Very near to famous attractions like Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. the hotel staff are helpful. On the last day, one of the staff helped us to call taxi to airport. Originally we booked a cab thru Uber but the taxi didnt show up, he helped us to call the uber driver and messaged the driver. In the end, the staff helped us to book a taxi at cheaper rate. Thanks for his great assistance!

Nice hotel, very central (10 min walk East to Hagia Sophia, 15 min North to Grand Bazaar, 5 min from tram). Breakfast excellent, and complimentary mineral water in the room. Clean. Hassle-free airport transport, and free luggage store.
The people in the front desk are incredibly helpful and polite, special mention to Kadir (thanks for everything, Kadir!!). They will help you with everything you may need, including booking Bosphorous cruises or recommending nearby restaurants.
A very good stay.

I booked 2 rooms. One room windows was blocked by another building structure. When i reported i was told that all the triple rooms are blocked and nothing can be done.
Breakfast there was no toaster, breakfast area is in reception.
Location very good but again late night noise was problem in sleeping.

Very friendly staff and looked after us well.
The location is perfectly situated within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and bazaars.
