Pomocny i przyjazny recepcjonista. Pokój i łazienka są dość duże! Mój pokój też ma balkon z widokiem na morze! Śniadanie było w porządku. Zamówione w pokoju, kotlet z kurczaka z ryżem, duża porcja i smacznie! Hotel położony jest 7 minut spacerem od meczetu Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia i Wielkiego Bazaru. W pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji. Hotel uważany jest za duży w porównaniu do innych w okolicy Sultanahmet. Ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Na pewno wrócę!

Ładny hotel. Dobra lokalizacja. Przystanek tramwajowy znajduje się zaledwie 3 minuty od hotelu. Śniadanie było w stylu tureckim.

Hôtel très bien placé, chambre double très confortable et spacieuse, personnel bien aimable et disponible
Petit déjeuner bien copieux dans le restaurant au 6ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur les Bosphore.
Si je retourne à Istanbul, je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

Piękne miasto Stambuł, także personel hotelu Innova, bardzo mili ludzie. Śniadanie nie było dobre, jeśli chodzi o ten ładny hotel.

One of the managers in the breakfast restaurant was always abrupt and questioned number of people to be seated on 3rd day there. I think he should get to know numbers or guests staying. Diyer her şey ve herkes süperdi! Çok yardımcılar. Yine gelmek istiyorum.

Accessible info, easy to book or walk in, hygienic clean and professional care. I am happy to recommend this spa, hammam, massage and other treatment services they offer. I had the 70mins treatment which name I can't remember now, sorry. Thank You Oktay!

I stayed in the hotel for a few days. A wonderful location and place to explore Istanbul. I was looking for a hotel with a SPA, I wanted to spend time walking, sightseeing and wellness in the sauna. We also wanted to get a massage. I fulfilled everything I decided and dreamed of. The atmosphere in the SPA made me feel comfortable and fully met my expectations of relaxation and renewal. I highly recommend this place and the service is very nice. Thanks. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. It's worth it in every respect to visit this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although close to a tram route, we had difficulty finding the hotel; partly that's because of poor street and map labelling. Our room was a generous size. It was on the ground floor, which was an unusual experience for us. This was convenient in many ways, but it felt a bit odd going "up" for breakfast; the compensation was that you get great views from the dining room. Being close to reception, you got to hear the hotel's canned music all day, but this didn't prevent us from relaxing. The room is quite well insulated from outdoors; we didn't hear a single call to prayer, for example. The hotel is well situated for the main tourist sites - about 10 minutes' walk to the Hagia Sophia, for example. We were only able to have dinner in the hotel one evening, but it was very good and we would have liked to go again; not cheap, though. Staff were polite and hopeful.

Everything was great. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so helpful specially the reception they helped us a lot . Breakfast was the best part it served at the rooftop with stunning view of the city. Room service was good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Location of the hotel is really good specially if you want to use public transportation and you can walk to lots of attraction like Hagia Sophia,Sultanahmet mosque and... the only thing that can be a little bit annoying is the traffic in area. I will recommend it to you if you want to stay in this region of Istanbul
