1. Отель очень даже приличный, современный интерьер, хороший ремонт , в номерах уютно!
2. К сожалению нет русскоговорящего на ресепшене, поэтому заселение длилось около 30 мин , не могли найти нашу бронь.
3. Завтра на хорошую 4!
4. Убрала звезду за:
Мы бронировали номера , первый на меня с мужем, второй номер на подругу.
В день выселения нашу подругу беспокоили 3 раза, заходила горничная в 8.30, 9.00, 11.00 без стука и без разрешения , просто входила в номер и говорила что пора выселяться . Ко мне с мужем горничная зашла в 11:00 без предупреждения а мы были раздеты!! Такого беспредела мы еще не встречали!!

Olbrzymim atutem hotelu jest jego położenie. Jest z niego blisko do Grand Bazar, Hagia Sophia, Wieży Galata, Hipodromu. To centrum turystycznego Istambułu. Hotel ma piękny widok na okazały meczet po drugiej stronie ulicy. Pokój hotelowy był czysty, pachnący i wygodny. Okolica jest czysta. W pobliżu lokalne knajpy, a na sąsiedniej ulicy Uniwersytet Istambulski. Pracownicy posługują się językiem angielskim i są bardzo mili i uczynni. Śniadania są smaczne i urozmaicone. Dużo świeżych warzyw i owoców. A great advantage of the hotel is its location. It is close to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Galata Tower, Hippodrome. This is the tourist center of Istanbul. The hotel has a beautiful view of the stately mosque across the street. The hotel room was clean, fragrant and comfortable. The neighborhood is clean. Nearby there are local pubs, and on the adjacent street the Istanbul University. The staff speak English and are very nice and accommodating. Breakfasts are tasty and varied. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Otelin büyük bir avantajı konumudur. Kapalıçarşı, Ayasofya, Galata Kulesi, Hipodrom'a yakındır. Burası İstanbul'un turizm merkezidir. Otel, caddenin karşısındaki görkemli caminin güzel manzarasına sahiptir. Otel odası temiz, hoş kokulu ve konforlu. Mahalle temiz. Yakınlarda yerel barlar ve bitişikteki sokakta İstanbul Üniversitesi var. Personel İngilizce konuşuyor ve çok güzel ve misafirperver. Kahvaltılar lezzetli ve çeşitlidir. Bir sürü taze sebze ve meyve.

It is a tremendous big-city hotel with a beautiful panoramic view of a magnificent mosque across the street. The view is clear and uninterrupted both night and day. The hotel room is neat, comfortable, and impersonal. It is a clean, spacious area with amenities. Staff members speak English and the local languages. They did not have postal delivery stamps. There is a variety of food and fruits. The staff is efficient. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is outstanding.

The hotel was OK. The pool and spa area were lovely. Room was quite small and aircon did not work. Room was hot too without hearing on which meant window needed opening but there is a constant stream of noise all day from traffic and mosque and then all evening from the restaurant bar across the road.
Some of the staff were lovely but others not so much. I was quite worried upon checking in as it seemed like the man on reception couldn't find my booking until I mebtioned *******. Thrn suddenly my booking was found but he still worked out something on a calculator before checking us in. Upon waking after our first night we found the dressing table covered with water from a leaking kettle. Everything on table was soaked including the hotels own feedback forms.. This was eventually sorted and kettle replaced after second time of asking. Cleaners do a lovely job and will replace towels daily if you press the clean room button on door and leave used towels on bathroom floor. Room refreshments such as coffee and tea are sp****. Bed was rick hard and so uncomfortable.. Breakfast options are vast... There is so much to choose from and try. The little coffee shop at front of Restaurant is nice but hotel prices. Thr view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing..

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms had all the facilities and were well maintained and cleaned. Big hotel, easy to find your way around.

Catfish. They showed us something else on the Internet and gave us something else from the start. As we entered the hotel. The manager started arguing with us over card machine. As they don’t accept Amex but they have the sticker on the counter. But I didn’t mind I paid with different card. There was 15 verse including six babies. We had booked out eight rooms they made us wait on the Lord. Love you for two hours. There is the manager call Omar who was so rude and he was being racist to this Chinese family as well I witnessed. He was saying Ching Chong get out from my hotel. I wanted to step in but my family is already stranded on lobby. Any how the experience was very bad by this manager name Omar. But the other guys who work are very polite and helpful. I think they need to give this guy Omar training.
