My room is very clean and good The view was great Breakfast was good and everything was good The empolyees was so attentive especially Mr.mehdi is the best empolyee in this hotel Thank you so match mr.mehdi I hope to see you again

Due to myself having health issue's and the fact that we were travelling with our 14 months old daughter we had repeatedly requested for a room on Ground Floor and the property confirmed this on the 3 occasions I had spoken to them prior to our travel. On arrival we found out that the room wasn't available, they only had 1 room available which was in another block 10 mins walk away from the property itself, and the fact that you would have to walk back down to Neva every morning for breakfast was the final nail in the coffin. The guy at the reception made us wait for 2 hours with a baby and they were highly inconsiderate and rude especially Mehmat (I believe that was the name), while waiting we asked for a glass of water so my I could take my medication but that too seemed like an inconvenience, they also gave us dirty looks when my daughter started crying. They even provided false reason for cancellation once they cancelled they cancelled the booking claiming the Credit Card was "invalid". P.S. no pictures are added as we didn't actually get a room.

An affordable excellent stay near Istiklal street, with the super helping host (Serkan) that helped us in anycase. This hotel is even good if you travel solo, as you can count on the people from hotel. Ordinary breakfast and clean rooms. Definitely will come back to this place.

Disaster! Do not recommend it at all! Dangerous neighborhood, dangerous receptionist and workers! There are safety problem about this one! Very disrespectful and unprofessional workers! No elevator! Tricks and monkey business! Be careful

Terrible place to stay..hotel room was dirty and small. Location of hotel is surrounded by very old and damaged buildings with litter scattered everywhere. The breakfast was disappointing everyday they gave old tomatoes, cheese and bread ...horrible breakfast with no variety...and plus they are charging soooooo...much money and not providing the basic facilities... Do not book this hotel. This hotel is very far away from the sightseeing places like blue mosque etc etc... You will have to take taxi to go to all sightseeing places which will cost you a lot... I vacated this hotel at the earliest possible and booked into another hotel in sultanmet area.... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL...they are cheating customers by changing sooo much. Nobody speaks English except for one person at the front desk.. Overall experience was BAD... Waste of money...
