This review is about the hotel's kite school, they have limited employees, the manager (Mr Jorge) was extremely unpolite and unprofessional when I came there to rent kitesurf equipment. They said I needed to prove my experience which I found a bit odd, but ok; I rented the equipment and went kiting. The worst part was at the end when he tried to charge me an extra fee just because I didn't have any kitesurf certificate even though I didn't demage the equipment and nothing went wrong. That was an extremely unpleasant experience.

A pousada tem fotos lindas e uma realidade diversa. Ficamos em um chalet muito escuro, sem agua quente e sem ar condicionado. O dono é muito pouco amigável, e apenas se interessa se vc for cliente da escola de kite deles. Guajiru é um lugar limitado , nao tem praia , pousadas muito medias, restaurantes ruins!! A falta de delicadeza do proprietário italiano , a sua poica habilidade com crianças e o controle sobre os hospedes me fazem a ter tal avaliação. Par mim a nota ali é 1 !!!!! Jamais voltaria, jamais indicaria a ninguém. Preço alto para um serviço de quinta categoria . Pessimo mesmo . Fica a dica e olho vivo.
