Hotel bem localizado, próximo de vários restaurantes. Atendimento muito bom, funcionários atenciosos. Recomento para todos !

Clean hotel with air conditioning / heating. But the a/c is a bit noisy.
You would be woken up by the noise from the kitchen and the smell of breakfast-cooking.
It's also easy to hear sounds from the outside and next room, even if the window and door are shut closed.
One very bad ting is that they allow smoking in the common area at the center of hallways. Hated the smell.
The hotel is located conveniently by the side of downtown, which is a tourist attraction. However, I might choose another hotel next time.
Oh, and they don't like smiling.

A minha estadia foi tão boa que voltamos algumas vezes seguidas. Gostamos bastante! O quarto é muito confortável, a localização é excelente, o atendimento é perfeito. Os fincionários são extremamente gentis e atenciosos: TODOS! Não queria citar nomes porque todos foram realmente muito atenciosos e solícitos, mas tenho um agradecimento especial a Meiry do Café da Manhã e ao Tiago da recepção!

Atendimento bom. Porém café da manhã precisa melhorar muito. Pouca variedade de pães. Só tem a opção de ovos mexidos. As opções de bolos e doces não são boas. A piscina precisa de corrimão. Uma pessoa com dificuldade de locomoção e mobilidade não consegue entrar e sair da piscina sem ajuda.

Café da manhã bom e sem muitas opções de pães e bolos.
Garagem boa, fácil acesso.
As toalhas precisam melhorar muito.
Os funcionários precisam de treinamento para um bom atendimento. Exceção a pessoa do check-in.
