Front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was decent.
Parking lot has bad potholes. Needs to be filled or repaved

The rooms are big and comfortable with a living area separate from the sleeping area. Nice breakfast in the morning. Check-in was very slow - I’m not sure what the issue was, but we waited quite some time for the person ahead of us and then again while we were checking in. Would certainly stay there again.

This was a good basic hotel stay for one night. Beds were comfortable everything was clean. The amount of space in the two bed suite is really great. Having a couch and a chair in a separate little room was fantastic. The heating was a little weird. The area near the window was really cold even though it said it was 72° in the room. It was impossible to get onto the free Wi-Fi. And housekeeping started to try to come into our room at like 9 o’clock in the morning. Even the checkout time is 12. They tried more than once even with the do not disturb sign on the door knob. Not a big deal. Just a little annoying. I would stay here again though; it’s very convenient Ithaca and Ithaca College.

Pool closed, not working. Breakfast poor quality. One staff member very rude, other one nice. Place was once nice, doesn't seem like they've kept up with maintenance. Carpets worn. Tile falling off wall. No place to hang out other than your room. Bed uncomfortable. It's a place to sleep, not a place to vacation at.

This place is an overpriced dump. The pool isnt available for use, the room was horrible. Walked in and the first thing i saw was a ripped, dirty old couch. Absolutely disgusting. Immediately checked out and stayed somewhere else.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was only Luke warm. Asked for help but nothing was fixed. Breakfast was ok. Stayed three days, same thing everyday but it was a hot breakfast.

The room is filthy and the hallways smelled like ****. The walls and vents were dirty and the bed sheet had a stain. Extremely disappointing stay. We decided to leave and look elsewhere for breakfast because we did not want to eat here.
