Franchement pas une bonne experience, chambre mal isolée phoniquement , avec beaucoup de lumiere qui passe a travers les rideaux (a coté d'un lampadaire de ville)
Lit trop mou me concernant et surtout un "queen size" de 150 cm de large... lol

la recepcionista fue super amable y no tuvo problema en hablarme en mi idoma, la verdad que me sentí super comoda y ya solo con eso me ganaron☺️ estaba sola y me pusieron una mini habitación que era una pasada, super limpia, muy bien equipada incluso con secador de pelo, tenia un pequeño ventilador por si tenia calor y una tele que desde la cama se veia de lujo, un tamaño ideal y se notaba que era relativamente nuevo! quedé super contenta recomiendo un monton si viajas solo porque estaras super comodo y el trato de los trabajadores es excelente🥰🥰, ademas, con el bus 71 te deja a solo 5 minutos del hotel y luego tan solo estas a maximo 10 min en ese mismo bus de la grand place y de la royale!! si eres español no dudes en visitar este hotel🤗🤗

前台哥哥姐姐那叫一個人美心善！還有迎賓小麵包和可以免費寄存行李，有電梯！
不過房間是在另一棟，而且隔音比較差，浴室的廁所味大，蓮蓬頭很矮

1. Check-in after, I need to walk to another building and have stepped up to the elevator, my room on 3/F. Uncomfortable for me.
2. TV. hair dryer is broken. The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it.
3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure.
4. Comfortable environment.

Nice and modern, decent accommodation with 2 buildings one next to the other. I had to go to the other building for breakfast. The surrounding street is not the best, with some litter around the area and not many stations too close, but more like a 10 min walk away. The main street from 10 min away is much nicer. The room size is very small if you need a single room and it's quite expensive, but most of Brussels hotels are equally or more expensive. Overall, it was a decent stay for one night.

Horrible bedding, double bed was two single beds put together. The mattresses were old, so very bouncy with metal springs and you would sink towards a dip in the middle, due to the age of the mattress, and fall into the gap between the mattresses.
The pillows were also very uncomfortable.
Ironing table could not stand by itself and folded upon its legs with the weight of the iron.
First time in a year of business travels with ********** that I end up in a hotel where I did not sleep a single night. I spent my whole business trip sleep-deprived.
