Las instalaciones se me hacen un poco pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes que éramos. La alberca está muy chica. La comida no es tan mala, solo que quitan el buffet muy rápido. Me gusto mucho la ubicación, esta cerca una placita donde venden comida muy buena.

The Emporio is where we stay in Ixtapa. Centre location for shops and restaurants. We get jr suite with breakfast included and much cheaper than a condo on the beach. The staff are very helpful in the bars, restaurants and cleaning. There didn’t seem to be the variety of choices at breakfast as other years but what was there was good.

My stay was made even more special thanks to the superb service and positive, friendly and altruistic interactions with Captain Angeles in the restaurant, the pool bar and the Snack restaurant. She is to be commended and recognized as a stellar employee whose passion for her job stands out.

I will never come back to this location. If I return I will be staying at Sunscape Resort. Staff was rude, terrible food and they lacked respect.

Didn’t like that we wanted to go to the Italian restaurant but we were denied entrance because we needed a reservation but it was empty so seemed silly to require a reservation when there was plenty of tables available.

The location was perfect, there were plenty of shops and restaurants around. They have a lot of activities to do while you’re in the pool
Area such as , waterpolo, Zumba, bingo. Amongst other.
What we did not like were the pillows, they were way too soft and my husband had a hard time sleeping. Also, they have a volleyball net in the pool area, which at times it was annoying because we would get hit with the ball or splashed . Perhaps they can have different times for people to use the net. Overall, we enjoyed your stayed.
