We would stay again. Over all we were happy with our stay. The restaurant had good food as well.

Such a nice rustic lodge with wonderful service..all stall bent over backwards to help you! Expensive but great food and drinks in their restaurant..free kindling and firewood for your room right outside your door along with directions! Loved it and the jacuzzi tub! Great rocking chair porch. Ten minutes from Ashland and food places..would stay here over and over♥️

My top three needs for a great stay is safety, cleanliness and a comfortable bed. This place had all of that plus more! First of all, we had booked a basic two queen room for the two of us (it was cheaper) and when we showed up they offered us a a free upgrade to a suite! So we enjoyed a jetted tub, two comfy chairs next to a fireplace, a balcony, and a separate kitchenette and dining room. The King size bed was also amazing and very comfortable. WOW! We were spoiled! The mountain decor, the kindness of everyone in the building, the thorough breakfast, and the ease of finding the place was also an added bonus.

Quiet rooms. Nice staff. Enjoyed the fire place and snowy day. Restaurant could use some fine tuning.

Stayed here in 2012 and love it. Great romantic getaway. 12 years later and the property is in disrepair. Not enough staff, and encountering multiple out of order signs on the rooms heating/cooling unit as well as the game room's DVD player. Toilet flushes and then won't stop running, bath towels have holes in them, bed is lumpy and sheets are pilly, and you better be a sound sleeper if you're on floor 1, since between the staircases, elevator, lobby, and restaurant above you it's going to be a noisy night. Disappointed, but mostly sad to see such a beautiful property to be allowed to come to this state.

The room was very quiet, clean & cozy. We enjoyed having a fireplace, free DVD’s to use in the gift shop & enjoyed a delicious dinner from the restaurant.
We will return again.

The lodge is very cozy with the jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces and comfy beds and is conveniently located right off the freeway. Felt like a fun mountain retreat and the restaurant food is yummy too!

Great trip overall!! Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. The only complaint I would have to say was that our room looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Their were dirty towels left in our room and the carpet had toenails amongst other crumbs on them and the mirror in the bathroom was dirty.

This was not a good experience at all. The front desk was incredibly unfriendly and almost like I was inconveniencing her by checking in. The individual in the morning was equally unfriendly. When I woke up I went to get in the shower and greeted in the mirror with a long black hair on my face. I am bald so it wasn’t me. I went to make my morning coffee to open a Keurig machine that doesn’t look like it was ever cleaned. The price was more expensive than the plaza area and out of the way. My complaint is not price, but customer service and cleanliness.
