按金扣多錢，好幾天讓客服去弄都弄不回來。太差勁了。環境也一般，很舊的感覺。

We enjoyed our suite room, but the noise from the elevator constantly dinging and the housekeeping area was right next to our room and was quite noisy in the early mornings. Besides the noise the room was comfortable, but it was difficult to get restful sleep with the hallway noise.

The room itself was great! My issue was with the bathroom. The shower could use a new shower head. The curtain rod was bent so the ends of the curtain kept sliding to the center of the rod. The curtain also had holes torn in it. There was mold on the ceiling. And the loghting could be a little brighter. When you get in the shower, the closest bulb wad out so it was a little dark.

I drove in from 4 hrs away and expected to get rest, i was placed in room 115 which was right next to janitors closet of which i experienced a sonic boom all day, all night and all morning. I complained countless times to Dawn and even asked Dawn if i could be placed in another room and she stated that they were all booked...i gave the service a 3 bc the following morning i tried to get placed in another room again and she stated there was plenty of vacancy and she doesnt understand why they didnt and quickly put me in 608...have it not been for her this wouldve literally been the worse stay ever...cleanliness was mediocre ...mattress and pillow was so firm and uncomfortable for me that i got up at 5am and sat down on the chair instead

The hotel was very old, not unkept, and smelled. The door jam of our bathroom had completely rusted out, the beds were memory foam but you sank into a whole because they were old. The walls
Are paper thin and the door didn’t lock with the privacy lock.
