I went to check into this hotel, and my reservation was not there. The time was approximately 2 in the morning, and I was exhausted from being on the road. The gentleman behind the counter seem to not know and said you got a call the name and number on the back “Sir” which said contact this property and I called it and it rang him.
After this whole debacle went down, we ended up exchanging argumentative slurs, and raising our voices and I ended up leaving as I believe the gentleman behind the counter was lazy and had no intention as he just said call Expedi. As far as I’m concerned, I will not stay at Best Western ever again in a pinch or out of choice. When a client comes to a hotel at two in the morning, clearly exhausted from the road and the front desk is not intelligent enough to understand this, and that he/she needs to make an effort to help find his reservation. Maybe the quality of reviews would be higher.
