We have stayed at this property a year ago with positive thoughts. This stay was not good at all! The hotel did not give us the beds we reserved (3 rooms total). Rooms were not clean. One room smelled like bug spray and the others were had food on the floor and nasty pillows. Parking is awful. We paid $29 on top of room fees. We will not be returning

They need to work on the plumbing. Takes forever to get hot water and the tub does not drain efficiently.

The property is very nice but I didn’t feel safe about the area around. A lot of homeless people in the area. Rooms are outdated. The shower and sink were clogged and were not fixed when I asked them to. This hotel needs major renovation. Also don’t be fooled about the studio suite-it’s one room just like all others. Honestly I strongly feel the hotel is overpriced and you have to pay for parking separately. The good thing was the Starbucks 24/7 and multiple elevators.

The Hyatt Riverside Jacksonville is my go to property whenever I'm in town, usually for a concert. It is right in the middle of many venues making it the perfect spot. The room was great and the staff friendly and helpful as always.

We showed up early in the morning after a exhausting trip. But they gave us a room at 930 in the morning, despite checking being at 3 PM.
The room was beautiful and comfortable and quiet. The food at the shor tavern was very good as well.

Awesome stay as always. Walking distance to Concerts, Comedy and Sporting events. Great food on site as well as many good eateries-taverns and pubs in the area
