Both the reservation system and online payment were satisfactory and convenient.
The location of the hotel was good, and the breakfast was good.
The staff was friendly too, but the only complaint was that the bed sheets were dirty and the room smelled of mold.
It was invisible, but the smell of mold made it difficult to sleep.
If only cleanliness was secured, everything was satisfactory in this hotel.

酒店在一條小道上，沒有路燈，比較難找。前台小哥熱情，就是聽不太懂他的口音。房間寬敞乾淨，隔音有點兒差。早餐不錯。

Comfy beds. Fire alarm woke us from a sound sleep twice within an hour for some reason. Beep two to three times the. Quit. That was disturbing but at least they work.

Easy check in. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great breakfast- eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc. Easy access, but hard to see hotel sign from road bc of newer storage units built in front of it.

Mario said he checked us in but found out he didn't and he gave us keys that few hrs after he gave to us we got locked out of our room plus we were told we didn't have a room when Mario said we did. He was t all that friendly. 2nd time we came back to get our keys unlocked we were so close to being charged $50 twice but the nice lady who straightened it all out had to fix everything. Our first time staying here too. Not sure I would come stay back at same place. People need to take pride in there jobs and do not do a half you know what job .

Was greeted with kindness from the staff throughout the entire visit. No complaints when traveling that way again will definitely use this hotel again

Ashley greeted us at the front desk with a wonderful smile and lovely personality. She was a delight as we checked in at 10pm. Our room however had a previous guests’ food in the fridge and cup/water stains on the nightstand. Sheets looked clean so we just crashed.
