It’s a good hotel but definitely not for the price that I was charged. I spent 2 nights there for almost ¥4,000, which is the price of, say, the St Regis in such expensive cities as Shenzhen or Hong Kong… The garden and swimming pool area of the hotel are truly nice but the rooms… I wouldn’t pay more than ¥200 a night… Mediocre.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained property with something for everyone, including families. My issue was extending my stay for an extra night and being charged twice what the room cost beforehand. That was a bit over the top!

Staff was excellent. Property was well maintained. Rooms were big, spacious and with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Could hear the waves with balcony doors open

Amazing place with such friendly staff everywhere and so so helpful and knowledgeable
Po was busy but was very nice Ample chairs/sun loungers everywhere
Had early dinner outside by pool which was really nice

Vary good over all , a great place to stay . Close to down town 10 min walk, or two min car ride . Pool was real good ! Lots of security on site

We would definitely stay here again. It’s so easy to order some food by the pool or grab a bite at one of the nicer restaurants. The ocean is steps away from the pool. Wonderful property!

Spent two nights at Croc’s while visiting Jaco. The hotel is very nice, clean and well maintained. Our room with a balcony and ocean view was beautiful. The pool is awesome! Drinks were tasty and the atmosphere is so fun. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful!

Nice beach. Great sunsets. Many great options in town to dine. Disco on Thur Fri and Sat is to loud.
Had a very nice Ocean front view with balcony.
