The hotel is not up to the mark . The behavior of staff members was not good , I faced multiple issues like asked for cleaning of room but they did not bother to clean it even after talking to the Reception staff they did not bother to clean , I had booked Breakfast with the hotel and they did not have ample space to accommodate the guest in the given timing of breakfast It was till 10:30 in the morning when I reach before time there was no table to sit and I asked the staff to call me once the space is available to sit after that they asked wait for some time and sit next to reception, It was around 10:45 and they asked me to come and have breakfast . When I asked them tea they said we can not provide as now the timing of breakfast is over, also they did not prepare the food as per the menu that day. Later the reception boy named ZEESHAN came in and I elaborated the issue to him and I asked him that I will let MMT know about this and will raise a complain against your hotel. and I asked if someone is there who is your manager of some senior manager present with whom i can discuss the issue then he said I am the only one no one else is there i am the only head/ reception person. Then i called MMT staff and raise complain to MMT staff and MMT called the hotel couple of times and no one picked up the call. MMT staff called me and asked me that if they can have a word with the staff from my phone I aggreged and went to reception and gave my phone to discuss but ZEESHAN lied about the things and said to me "JO KRNA H APP KR LO MAI APNE AAP DEKH LUNGA " kind of threatened me. and just after that he called some one and said that "MERA HOTEL MMT SE BLACKLIST KR DO". And he is not the owner of the property the Owner name I got to know about from the Staff is Nidhi Singh. If She is the owner of the property , them Nishi Singh please look into this matter and ask ZEESHAN to behave properly and do not threaten any one .
