Feeling cheated.. They does not offer what they commit, Even after ruining our event, at the time billing they refused for their commitments and asked for written communications.. Do not trust on their verbal communications..

Worst hospitality one could ever have. Staff members have a huge attitude problem. Heater, geyser not working. Extra beddings were not like as they promised. 1 star only because of decent property. If you have loads of money to waste please visit here. Food was average

It is a very bad experience. They do not provide geyser, heater in room. It was conveyed before booking and they denied after check in. It was very disappointing to book here. DO NOT BOOK THIS Hotel ever.

They have ruined our event experience. They have failed on all the commitments. Did not provide room heater and geaser was also not working. Denied all the things and did not provide any support l. Staff is arrogant and argues when support is required

CHEATS! CANT BE TRUSTED. The Sales doesnt convey right things and committ different things at the time of booking. We were attended by someone called Mr. Nitesh who just disappeared after committing as soon as we made booking payments. During our stay we were constantly told by reception that this is not what has been told to us and two of them did not have any communication in between. We hosted our office party and it was spoiled by their bad committments about beddings, heaters, other arrangement, DJ, a few rooms were even damp, no running hot water in bathrooms etc. Badly ***aged and the ***agement doesn't take responsibility if it is not written over email. Even their whatsapp messages were not honored forget about verbal commitments. If you want to be cheated in broad day light..chose this property

We as a group of friends stayed in Achrol Niwas with our families for 3 days from 24-27 Dec 23. The place is royally spacious with amenities like swimming pool and open ground for kids to play around. The food was good with great spread. Unique amongst the amenities were private swimming pool in all villas & open seating space under a grove for Rajasthani thali. Great place for people looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommend

Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Food and service was also good. Good place to spend time with your family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of city. For a big gathering this is the best place.

Stayed at Achrol Niwas for 3 N/4 D last week. It was a reunion of my batch from boarding school ***** with our families. Obviously a ecstatic time for us, the hotel took the experience to the next level. The ***sion like rooms (some with private pool), finger licking local and other regional foods, service oriented staff, swimming pool, parks and other games for kids, evening safari, tea at sunset point.. the list goes on and on. My family just loved it and we've already started to plan our next one to this place! Strongly recommended.
