My plight yesterday night …… This is the kind of linen Radisson Blu hotel in Jaipur offers !! I was struggling at night 11:54pm to get a comfortable room to sleep overnight and catch a flight next morning . The king bed had hair on various places so basically they don’t change the sheets after a guest checks out . We had asked for an extra bed for our son and they just an extra bed with dirty linen thrown over it . ( as seen in the pictures ) . When we asked for an extra pillow , we again get a dirty one with hair . So we had to ask them to change our room which also happened after I went down to reception and waited for half hour . The next room we get also has similar issues with sheet and when I asked why , the reply I get from the ***ager is that the sheet is fine , it’s not just ironed . I refused to give in and asked them for fresh sheets . And the long wait continues , first sheet was not ironed , the second one was dirty and the height is the third sheet they change is a torn one . The fourth one again has issues … Still kept waiting to get a fresh sheet to sleep on ………… the duvet cover was also dirty so asked them to get a fresh one , the moment they removed the cover , there are small fluffs of cotton flying all over from the comforter …. How much more was playing on my mind . Finally after getting all linen changed , it was 12:35 am . F&B Service Diya found very pretty and her service is satisfactory .hotel was really excellent with good service.the location was great.Hotel was clean and tidy.we meet miss diya in breakfast time her service was excellent.well done diya keep it up.👍

Mr ***ish have a good person like travel desk. He shown the entire City with in four hours time. And nice area I seen HAWA Mahal and water palace, Albert Hall musiam and kulab ji chai wale also taken and get nice chai too. Thanks lot guy ***ish and front desk people Mr Akash and Abhai too.

The food was delicious, with a wide range & the live music was excellent. Everything was fine except we were unaware that they had charged our desserts to a different room. We paid outstanding bill during checkout & then they kept calling us to pay 1000 rupees. As we were NRI’s we didn’t have a local bank account & a long form was e mailed to us to fill our credit card details, print form & send back. We weren’t comfortable sharing our card details so we asked our agent who had booked the hotel to settle the bill. It eventually got sorted and we nevertheless apologised but felt the error wasn’t ours!
