Samode Haveli

First off, coming to Jaipur to experience life here is absolutely worth it. And places like Samode Haveli, which belong to some of the royals of the city, are beautiful places to call home for your stay! Food was exquisite. Staff was very friendly. You are smack dab in the middle of the city, which offers so many perks to daily adventures. There's more luxury stays out there, but Samode Haveli definitely gives them a run for their money as far as experience goes.

This is a wonderful property. We were welcomed by the manager into a lovely lounge who gave us a great welcome and a gin and tonic after our long car ride from Agra. The bedroom was good. Very large and full of original furniture and art. The courtyards and pool area are lovely and, like countless others have said, you feel as if you are in a real oasis compared to the noise and activity outside. The food in the restaurant is very good. I personally felt that I wanted a change of scene after two dinners and lunches though. That’s just a personal preference. I cannot fault the staff who were very attentive and charming. I would highly recommend for anyone going to Jaipur.

Lovely big rooms with very comfy beds, great AC and beautiful decor. The food in the restaurant is genuinely gorgeous and all the staff are great. The bar in the courtyard is beautiful as is the pool area. Two impressive things stood out to me. On check in, they noticed one of our party using a walking stick and so on their own initiative changed our room to one that's much closer to all the amenities. Another is that I mentioned the WiFi being slow in my room, so they gave me a personal 5G dongle to use. 10/10 service.

What a gem of a hotel. Truly an oasis of calm & luxury in the chaos of Jaipur city. An historic grand residence beautifully restored and decorated. We had incredible service throughout and delicious meals. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sunbeds and shaded day beds. Pushpendar welcomed us and showed us around. All the staff were so polite and helpful. We ate in the restaurant patio area with plentiful breakfasts and a varied menu for dinner every evening . Jessing deserves particular mention as our evening waiter.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The welcome and literally nothing was too much effort. The head of consierge was especially great! We ate twice at the hotel in the evening - which was also lovely (although wine is expensive in India -their choices are great!)

The hotel was stunning. Received a nice welcome and a refreshing glass of lemonade. Check in was very easy. I’d booked a room with a garden view. It was beautiful. It had its own courtyard area. The room was gorgeous and had a well stocked minibar, a coffee machine and plenty of bottled water that was replaced regularly. The bathroom was up two steps so wouldn’t be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The bathroom had plenty of towels, beautiful robes and complimentary toiletries. There was also an ironing board, iron and safe. The shower was very power and there was no shortage of hot water. There were two cocktail bars one being by the pool. I enjoyed a couple of cocktails in the one in the courtyard. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff were wonderful and I was well looked after both at breakfast and dinner. The food was very tasty and there was a good selection of dishes to choose from. Breakfast was a buffet offering both local and European dishes. I noticed they offered Kombucha and Yakult at breakfast for those guests who may have had stomach issues which I thought was a great idea. The swimming pool was a good size and clean. The gardens were well maintained and I saw staff walking dogs in the early morning and early evening. I would have liked a couple nights more at the hotel but unfortunately my schedule didn’t allow it. Highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again
