Mój mąż i ja zatrzymaliśmy się tu na jedną noc podczas naszej podróży poślubnej. Sam hotel był piękny i dość luksusowy. Personel był również gościnny. Jednak byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani, że nasz pokój hotelowy miał przytłaczający zapach kanałów ściekowych. Wdychanie tego przez całą noc było okropne. Ze względu na zapach nie wrócimy tutaj. Bardzo rozczarowujący.

The hotel has ***y conditions or had to offer a nice experience, but the staff does not seem to want to be there even being in a place with air conditioning all day when the temperature outside is 38/40 degrees. They woke us up at seven in the morning by ringing the doorbell repeatedly and when we didn't respond because we were sleeping, they entered the room. We were out all day despite finally getting up at 8:30 and when we came back the room had not been cleaned. We had to go ask for towels, water and shampoo because they didn't even bother to ask us or check if we had any. The area where it is located is a detail... the hotel is surrounded by a polluted river with a smell that can be felt from the room. quality but old furniture. The food is very good and the waiters were the most pleasant part of our stay... the hotel, despite having some tourists, seemed desolate and empty. It needs background music and having the lights on to create an a**osphere where one feels entertained or in good weather. The only music we had was that of the mosque while they prayed and which we listened to all the time. precisely at 5, 10 and 4:30am!!! was our alarm. Expensive for the level and quality of service.

Lilypool Hotel in Jaipur India was one of the highlights of my trip! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The comfortable bed and fluffy pillows made for a restful sleep. The dining room provided excellent food! I would love to stay at a Lilypool Hotel every night on my trip.

The door*** had a mustache that wrapped around his ears! Dressed in traditional outfit, and very nice guy. All the staff were nice. Room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Buffett breakfast was ample. The hotel is impressive to look at and also nice to stay in.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately the smell was terrible. I woke up in the middle of the night becouse of that smell. For second night we got another room, and there were no smell. Location was not good, you coudn't go for a walk. Beds were uncomfortable.

staff was extraordinay! They even helped launch my kites during the Kite Festival and a sky lantern after dark. They seemed to be genuinely intent on pleasing the guest. My only disappoin**ent was that most of the wall switches didn't control anything. I would definiitely stay here again .

Nice a**osphere, nice food, nice staff...!!! This is truly one of the best places to dine in or takeaway. Ambiance, cleanliness, quality of food is unmatched. The veg and Non veg menu is extensive and serving. The rooms are value for money .Located in the heart of the city and spacious enough. Good customer service. The rooms are very comfortable, with no noise. The food was very delicious. Good for family holidays and friends' parties. If you visit Jaipur for holidays, Do visit the place to relax. Good value for money with a good ambience
