It was worst experience of my life as i trust on makemytrip recommendation. It looks horrible place, completely unsafe and unhinged.

Very bad experience. Dirty room. All bathrooms taps leaking. Walls are not sound proof, one can hear sound from other rooms. Only tea is served, that too in broken cups. Restaurant is non functional. Carpet very dirty. Tab e bottom trays very dirty.

No Hot Water for bathing, very noisy and polluted location, very old construction and poor hospitality and service, only one staff available for service. This only my real experience

Pictures shared must be taken on inauguration day. I booked two rooms. Ceiling and side walls paints are hanging, no lock in washroom. Room and toilet were not clean. says free linen change but they didn’t changed it. There was long hairs present on bed. Mosquitoes were present in room. Balcony was not cleaned from decades. Room freshener, mosquito spray or all out was not present. I got complementary late checkout for 3hours while booking but hotel reception didn’t agreed. No towels were provided. Only good thing was location between gulab ji chai wale and rawat sweets.

Clean and clear hotel. Environment is comfortable and cool. So i am very stay hear. Food facilities is good also.

There is lots of humidity in the room and as well in the corridor very little staff restaurant closes at 9 pm demand extra coast for every service

The property was located at the good location. Hygiene and safety standards were also good. The food quality to the extent i tried was also satisfactory. Overall the experience was very nice.

The room service person was very rude. The bedsheets and mattresses were stained. The washrooms were terrible. In short my worst hotel experience even. Would never recommend this one to anyone
