Bardzo dobra obsługa. Wszyscy pomocni i mili Ładne pokoje. Łazienka mała ale generalnie ładna. Duży prysznic. Komplet kosmetyków. Śniadanie indyjskie. Robia nalesniki, omlety, gofry. Blisko centrum.

We went to Jaipur for wedding in the family. The staff at the hotel was extremely courteous and helpful. Aaditya was exceptionally good a The Kebab Factory. I’m forgetting the name of the lady at the reception who upgraded us to business rooms. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend the hotel.

The Ac weren’t working. Had to change rooms two times. One at night 12 o’clock when I had a meeting in morning at 7. Worst experience. Not going again…. This was so inconvenience. Not acceptable. On top the technician said it was guest who were asking more cold whereas the ***ager on duty accepted that it wasn’t working.

I had booked standard room but there was some issue on the booking site so they upgraded me to business class room which was really nice as I visited here to celebrate my 2nd wedding anniversary. The view from the room is really nice. Mountains and clear sky. Polite and helpful staff. Coming to the breakfast buffet part, it was one of the best buffet experiences I have had so far. Food was amazing, lots of varieties without any compromise on the quality or the taste of the food. Impeccable service from the staff. Specially Yogendra. He's been amazing throughout the stay. Very helpful, kind and nice to speak to. Sous chef Satendra Singh ji. He's really good too. Overall I'm glad I booked this hotel. Can't wait to visit again. Hope to meet Yogendra and satendra ji once again soon.

The stay was absolutely fabulous, I would like to appreciate Ms Riya for the excellent service starting from check in to check out,yes stay would never have been so comfortable without the help of all the staffs of hotel but I would definitely express my sincere gratitude to Riya she went all her way from check in to check out for making my stay comfortable,my needs were just a Call away from Riya whatever I asked used to get in minutes,My heartfelt thanks to Riya and the Radisson team for such a wonderful stay, willl be back soon in July with my family and highly recommending this hotel for stay to everyone.

Very nice and pleasant stay. Perfect and accessible stay at Jaipur especially if you want to explore the city heart. Being a loyal customer to Radisson Hotels Team upgraded my room to suite as an complementary gesture. Exotic food and excellent breakfast buffet.

BIG THNAK YOU: Radisson staff for excellent service except. Clean room. Highly recommended to stay but don't deal with Shubham from sales team. Really disappointed due to false commitment given by Shubham (Sales). He told me there would not be any additional charges as I was leaving 5PM on 16th May. Radisson ***agement should take action against this Lier and train him how to talk to customer. He was very aggressive while talking on phone when I asked him about the extra charges. He has no sense while talking, seems he doesn't care about the customer. Shubham must list what he commit to customer on phone.

Its a very good property to stay, rooms are too good and the hotel staff is very cooperative and honest as i was forgot my stuff in the room and checkout the room in the morning, after that in evening i have contacted to Guest relation ***ager Ms. Shivani Chouhan and requested to search my stuff in the room and with her cooperative behaviour i get my stuff back, thanks to Shivani Ma'am and staff.
