Last night was an unforgettable celebration as we marked my mom’s 50th birthday in style! From the elegant royal heritage vibes to the top-notch hospitality, everything was absolutely perfect. The food was a highlight—definitely a 10/10!

Very beautiful hotel with a very individual look, clean, cozy rooms and exceptionally good service. Contrary to what some reviews say, both of our rooms were not just beautifully furnished, but absolutely clean and perfect, the bathrooms in perfect condition etc. The lobby under the open sky is very beautiful, and so is the pool and the restaurant. Dinner, however, we didn't have in the restaurant: The waiter asked us whether we'd like to eat there or just in front of our rooms. We chose the latter: In no time, a table on the terrace in front of our rooms was beautifully decorated, and we had a perfect dinner à la carte, with exceptional service, even although we were the only guests sitting on the roof-top terrace under the clear indian sky. The lack of an elevator was no problem for us (luggage is cared for, as always in India), but of course may be for some.

We thankfully read other real reviews before checking into this hotel that was booked for us by our "tourism operators" so we knew what to check for. Dirty sheets, dribble of a shower, rattling AC and fridge and generally very run down. Like many others we went next door. Thanks trip advisor community for helping us. We've paid too much money to this tour company (our fault entirely) but I requested a list of the accommodation so we can read reviews now and we know to check the rooms first before staying.

We really like Mahal Khandela . We stay 3 night with my family. We all was very happy to stay in king palace. They give us a indian welcome at c/in time. Mr. shankar manager of Hotel he make safa for us and explan about the hotel. All staff was nice and very helpfull

Indeed it's a great pleasure to to stay at Mahal Khandela in prime location of pink city of Jaipur. The Hotel is neat and clean with Heritage look and modern facilities. well maintained. Good services. RMishra and very good service very ince hotel Mahal Khandela jitu

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were greeted with a beautiful reception and were given fresh flower lai’s, very cool and fun. The property has a unique flare in the design and furnishings. Staff were all very helpful and available. We had room service for dinners and the food was plentiful and very good. Bed and beddings are a bit aged and probably in need of being replaced. The location is in a very quiet and chilled area but there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Thought it was a great mid-range hotel.

Beautiful place and beatiful people! All staff is very good, very gentleman and kind! I stayed just one night and it was warm, and staff perfect! The breakfast really good i of course will go again. Good choise.food is very nice very good test

Staying in this beautiful haveli-hotel was an excellent experience. Large and confortable rooms, professional service and nice hosting. Dinner was very good and at the end a traditional puppet theater offered by Bhatt's family makes you happy. All staff good and special @jitu

Within a few minutes of checking in, we contacted our travel agent who had booked this hotel to advise them that we would NOT be staying. The room was FILTHY. Not just unclean or untidy: filthy. The floors were grimy with huge dust balls and a used tissue lying on the floor beside the bed. The bedding was visibly stained. The bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper. No soap. Hairs left on the toilet (the private kind). Dirty, thread bare towels. No bottled water; in India!!!! There was no Safe in the room and the windows were flimsy - opening on to the back side of the hotel without proper locks. No screens on the windows. (We were on the ground floor.). What was once a charming and beautiful building has fallen into complete disrepair. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
