We went in a pakage of two days . One day in the hotel and 2nd day in desert camp. Stay in the hotel was bad in all aspects of hoteliering. Camp was just about average. To drop us to Sam sand dunes and back ...about 4 kms, he called it Jeep Safari and charged us 2800 rupees per Jeep. Food was just about average. Behaviour of staff was polite and good.

Beautiful clean rooms with best ever bedding! The staff was humble and accommodating. Best breakfast ever!I had the best ever banana chocolate pancakes here at this place!very close to the fort. Nice places to eat and drink also nearby (walking distance).

Staff is very average and not the warm kinds (which is very unusual in hospitality industry). The staff was evidently pushing tasks from one depar**ent to another. Seemed like they want to make money on every given instance- baby food was also chargeable, which is not chargeable at every Hotel, wherever we have stayed earlier. Food is very basic.

Polite and friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast with good quantity, excellent hospitality. Ishan from hotel staff was prompt in providing any assistance. All tourist spots from Jaisalmer are on walking distance.

Stay was awesome.faculty of hotel feel good environment.ishan is a good cooperating ***ager of the hotel . We enjoyed this hotel very much . Must visit. We will come back again if we got the chance to visit jaisalmer again. Our favourite palace in the Rajasthan. Best hotel in Rajasthan.

The accommodation was some of the best we have had in India and not to mention the staff were amazing. They organised everything and shard a lot of information about the culture aswell. We did the safari from here and it was an unforgettable experience

This is a small Hotel property with 10 spacious, comfortable, near and clean rooms which can accommodate 2-3 person easily. No buffet just alacarte order. Food quality is okay not that great. Location wise the hotel is near (1-2kms) to the key tourist spots but approach road towards for 400-500 meters is little secluded. Otherwise a small decent property to stay for 1-2 nights.

The amenities provided in the hotel are minimal. Minimal toiletries provided, water bottles are chargeable, parking is chargeable. The desert safari package that they provide is not recommended as the cultural program in the desert is mediocre at best. The rooftop restaurant is also not up to the mark, and it is recommended to have lunch and dinner at other famous restaurants around the town. The only saving grace are the rooms which are decent enough.
