Just want to book the Hotel for the Birthday Party, call the Hotel Staff and Spoke to GM vide Name Mr. IK Sharma to understand the modality of the arrangement and packages. The experience is very Pathetic and worst of my lifetime, the GM behaviour as well as staff is very arrogant, ada***t and an annoying resulting in pestering to the customer. I'm very astonished to witness such pathetic behaviour and hospitality service to the customers It clearly depicts that the Hotel just want to make money from the customer, didn't bother about customer feelings, services to be offered to the customer and just bolldozed the customer with exorbitant pricing and harsh words. Such pestering and behaviour doesn't even met the hospitality standards and even marketing price are too exorbitant as compared to best 5 Star Hotel properties. Atleast the Hotel Staff should have courtesy towards the customer in understanding the needs of the customer and atleast should now how to talk politely to the customer. Never recommend this Hotel to anyone Regards Simranjit Singh
