Good hygenic food and also good room service provided , food service is specialy very nice taking care by Mr harimohan ram and Mithun..

We booked hotel thinking it is IHCL brand so quality and hygiene would be decent. And mind you rates are not less. Cleaning not great, room was dusty. Breakfast spread unappetising. Reception staff was very insensitive and stubborn on arrival, made us wait 40 minutes over a payment issue, which was later found to be non issue. The staff does not smile or even wish you properly. Rooms are very small, twin room had one chair to sit. Only exception was HK attendant he was very warm and when we pointed out dirty sheets on arrival in room acted quickly and changed them. Pillows had foam getting bundled, bathroom dustbin dirty, towels smelled weird.

Narayan mohanty has serving good. He is serving food on time. Finally in this hotel I got very good experience. Thanks to ginger. This trip have highly satisfied and memorable to me. Very nice place to stay in jamshedpur. Food was very tasty. Room service also excellent.

Very good hospitality. Staff behaviour are really nice. Room cleaniness is also very good . Good quality is extremely superb. All basic needs and facilities are available. Nothing to complaint about. Location is also good if coming to Bistupur.

A good dine in experience with courteous people, quite well ***aged with warm ambience... good food warm ambience...staffs well behaved... services were quite optimum in sense of time... adding it to my hope in list for small breaks with my homies... a surely try place... ❤️

Excellent food & service provided by Ginger. Specially Hosting part at Reception done by Ru***a is wonderful. Im coming regularly Ginger hotel Jamshedpur I feeling comfortable and secure at Ginger Ginger hotel Jamshedpur and room are neat and clean as tata group Hotel which we expecting as like home.

F&B department is just excellent. Specially Avoy,Sarita &Anamica.Their dedication towards service amazing. Each & everyday the same job with dedication & maximum so that guest feel satisfied before going to their job .I must hats off their contribution towards organization.

Outstanding Customer Service: from the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. 2.Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance: rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained.The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. 3.Comfortable Accommodations: Beds were exceptionally comfortable.Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. 4. Proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. 5.High-Quality Dining Options:The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu. 6. Prompt room service and food that surpassed our expectations. Because of my work commitments I have to visit Jamshedpur oft and on.Its home away from home from me.....Having said that, I have had visited Ginger, last year also for a month, I and my team prefer to choose ginger over other hotels, because it give us homely vibe. I would like to thank each of the staff members from the bottom of my heart to make our stay comfortable.

Your staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Special Thanks to the night auditor - Vikram Bhaiya, Probir, Deep, Hriday, Ru***a , Tuhin, Aryan and ***y more. From the immaculate cleanliness of the room to the prompt and attentive service at the front desk, I was consistently impressed by the level of care and attention to detail demonstrated by your team. Additionally, the restaurant food is delicious and the behaviour of treatment of the people feels like family. The hospitality and services of Akash and prakash bhaiya is too good. Very good interaction and communication skills shown by them Would love to visit again in ginger on my next visit to jamshedpur....
