Positives: Great pictures of the villas exterior, interior and good reviews so booked up! Location was very good. Negatives: Pictures on website didin't reflect the villa stayed in, Most pictures were taken of the delux villas. Villa was old and dilapidated Challenge to get the villa refreshed - they only did it once in 5 days even after calling several times. Villa smelt of cigarettes Furniture was old and had large cigarette burns in them Limited refreshments. No coffee No cutlery, 2 paper cups provided only Sink was blocked - not fixed. Complained and they still didn't fix it Clothes hangars - 1 per person provided - phoned up to receive more - 3 each! Toilet rolls not replaced Aircon was loud Customer service / attitude - poor and inattentive.
