they was so lovely and the service was a great!!!!! the location and near to the airport maximum 6-10 mins!!!!

With all due respect, I got to my hotel at 1:00 in the morning tired. I opened the bed to sleep I found hair of a lady, meaning the hotel didn’t clean well and I had to wait until they come to the room and clean the bed.
I had a white t-shirt that disappeared from the room, I asked them if they took it by mistake they said we didn’t take anything.
The pictures says they have in-door swimming pool, I was so excited, when I got to the hotel it appears the pool only for children and it’s in the caffe area not a proper swimming pool. They should make it clear that the pool is only for decoration.
Breakfast: is not worth the money too, better to get something from outside.
Overall: hotel is expensive and not worth the money
Go and get yourself a known brand hotel better

Very comfortable rooms, and all the staff with only one exception, the dress code enforcer who thankfully I only saw once, all went out of their way to make my month's stay super enjoyable. Try the Umm Ali, it's great.

We booked this hotel through *********** last minute and then tried to get there by taxi. The taxi driver had learning disabilities and ended up at the wrong hotel in other side of Jeddah. I contacted the hotel and reservation manager and he agreed to waive the fees even though he was totally in the right to take. Excellent service from MOHAMMED Shajan Alam and I am likely to come to this hotel in the future.

I stayed for 4 days in this hotel as part of quarantine package in the month of feb 22. Amazing room with all digital controlled circuits be it curtains, room lighting, cooling system. Beautiful decorated spacious rooms. Food was better than expected. Being vegetarian, I know my options were going to be very limited but chef really helped me by making veg pastas and falafel sandwich etc. I would like to stay here again, for sure not under quarantine package, to explore more on the available facilities. Here I would like to give special thanks to the reception team (sorry I forgot the name of the lady and the guy on the reception ) who were always ready to helped me and assist at each and every steps during quarantine. A will surely stay again in this hotel.

Since we sent time in Egypt before coming to Saudi Arabia to perform Omrah we had to enter a five day quarantine. We chose Casablanca Grand as reviews were good. Service is excellent with a great staff of friendly people from check in with Akram. To departure. They really help to make the time pass without feeling like a prisoner. Special thanks to Abdul Auwil for lunch reservation and Jaimee for dinner reservation and Sherman for breakfast. Since we were stuck in the room all the time these meal times were important.

I spent only one night in this hotel but it was a very comfortable night. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The lobby is not very interesting, and the staff seemed a bit rigid, but everything else was good.
