Sure will never recommend it Extremely expensive hotel for no reason They keep changing rate every night ,take care that all there prices in the food menu also are not actual price , when you pay your will find it higher bill and they always have things to say to charge more , the min i paid for 1 plate of beans was 54 US dollar Doesnt worse the experience, there are so many 5 stars luxury hotels much better with better location along the beach line and with way better prices and offers Absolutely not recommended

Assila employees are all superb most especially from the leadership of Mr. Abdulla Al Saeed the Front Office Manager. We are very confident that our top executives and guests will be taken care of. We have always booked here since day 1 Assila opened and have not booked in other hotels in Jeddah. Because of the consistency in service and genuine treatment extended to our guests. They are a family to our guests as well as to me as the booker. It is indeed a home away from home. Thank you so much once again Mr. Abdulla Al Saeed even though you are out of duty, you replied to each and every request that we have. You made us feel special and important despite of the busy operation due to high occupancy. Thank you and to all your team Jumana, Abdulla AlTalhi, Majed, Mawada, Jawaher, Umair & the rest of the team who took care of our top executives everytime they were in the property. Keep it up as we got a wonderful feedback from your service after their business trips.

The service in this hotel reminds me of the old Starwood days which I miss greatly!!! I haven't had such a good experience with a Marriott hotel since the merger in 2018. What an amazing property and experience. Two thumbs up. I am in a 2 bedroom luxury residence suite. It is worth the money if you can afford it. Spacious and well appointed. The hotel gave us a welcome spread that fit our preferences - lots of nuts and water and an ice tea. They also gave some tasty snacks, berries and a cake that my son loved. I'm not sure if they knew my preferences or just guessed - but they knew my exact preferences. I haven't had a Marriott property remember my preferences in years. Aside from excellent hardware, the service has been luxurious, top notch. Friendly from front office head of house to check in to doorman. This is a perfect stay so far.

We walked around and were searching for a steakhouse. Outside we met the manager and he let us in through the backyard of the hotel. He led us directly to the SteakRestaurant inside. We enjoyed the beautiful view over Jeddah from the Top and also the delicious Black Angus Tenderloin Steak. We highly recommend this steakhouse in Jeddah. Best regards Torsten and Christine

The hotel is in a fairly decent location with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Like most places in Jeddah you have to drive to them so anything beyond a block away and you’ll need an Uber. Beware that there’s two entrances, one up a ramp to the main reception area and another off a side street. The room was lovely, the shower in our room hadn’t been used for a while so it spluttered upon first use but the shower gel was lovely. Unfortunately the Cleaning staff did not replenish items such as tea or creamer after the first night meaning I didn’t get to have my morning cuppa, which for a 5* hotel you’d expect, without having to ask.

This was the second time I had visited the hotel, the previous visit having been 4 years prior and the team didn’t disappoint. They are very welcoming and the guest experience is definitely the focus for them. I was particularly impressed by the service provided by Omari, Diane and Yaqoub. I look forward to staying with them again soon.
