The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was great! The breakfast was so-so, but we never expect a lot from hotel breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon check in we were told our reservation was canceled by the manager the day before and we had to take it up with *******, also that the hotel could not match that rate, so we had to pay more for the room. Lynn at the front desk was extremely rude when she told us it was canceled (to which we were shocked) ******* then told us we had to take the matter up with the hotel. Hotel smelled very musty and it was not clean. Very frustrating and very disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very above average hotel with easy parking, easy to find with plenty of stores etc near by. No elevator to second floor. Nice pool area, clean room. We Will stay again.

The reason we chose this place over other choices was because it has a whirlpool hot tub.
After we checked in and got our room we were told that the hot tub was not working. Major disappointment! It was not heating and the front desk couldn't tell us when they had anyone coming to look at it. When we checked out it was still "out of order".

Waited 10 minutes for someone to appear at the desk to check in after hitting the button several times. Clerk allowed a phone call to interrupt our transaction--she took another customer before completing our check in. The bedspread was not very clean. The room smelled funny. Will not return to this property

This hotel was so dirty. Our bathroom had hair all over the floor, shoved in the corner. The room was so damp, I had to use my rescue inhaler 2x, and I never use it. I honestly have no clue who gave this hotel an 8.8 rating…?

We liked that it was close to shopping.
The woman that cleans the rooms was very nice.
The front desk person did not welcome you in or greet you.
Made me feel like: take my money and go to the room. Don't bother me for anything!!!
