The room was basic and clean. The service staff was great - very friendly and accommodating.
I understand the local water shortage and therefore no bathtub plug. It would have been nice to know ahead of time as we weren’t aware before arrival and our children wanted to bathe.
Additionally, the shower leaked all over the bathroom each time it was used.
Finally, the security spotlight shines directly into the room through the frosted glass in the front door. Please install a window shade for the door glass.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and hope our honest feedback will be acted on accordingly. We’d definitely stay again.

Traveled for a business trip. The room seemed ok, but the toilet was not in a working order and the shower was cold - no hot water. This is unacceptable given that at the time of the visit it was very cold and rainy in the Eastern Cape. There were no clear indications in the room of whom to call at late hour if something in the room is amiss. A very disappointing experience and I would certainly not be recommending this place.

Staying in this place was awesome. Had a good relaxing and tranquil fun. Their Brea is so amazing. Very fresh and very nice food and handy and friendly staff. , indeed. Very close t good malls. Awesom
