What Laura M. Said. She took the words right out of my mouth. The front desk went out of their way to tell us where the pool was, which was empty. The food, well, they do their best, but it falls short. The pictures do not match the experience for sure. I did enjoy the music they play throughout the property and the bar downstairs is kind of a fun throwback. PS, don’t visit Croatia in April as 3/4 of the country seems to be closed, at least in the Dalmatian Islands.

The hotel is very old, dirty and outdated. The room and bathroom are small and old. They also turn the hot water off around 11:30pm until a little after 7am. Food and drinks that came included is ok and not that great but if you enjoy cheap food and drinks, it will be fine for you. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was the only plus.

Oh my god, what a terrible place! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at but it was a last minute option so we were desperate. Food is disgusting, the pool has no water in it, the rooms were painted with black doors and smelt funny, the lifts were on the verge of breaking. I feel traumatised. Def not a great experience and I am not an overall fussy person. I am from the UK and it’s not a UK kind of hotel if you know what I mean

First of all I find this hotel to be an excelent vantage point for exploring Jelsa and the island Hvar. However can not recommend if you are too fussy about details and like to complain. It's a budget hotel so do not expect too many comforts. Only rooms on upper floors have air-conditioning, the rest have fans. Rooms are small (if you're a family of three) and old. But on the other hand this is an affordable accomodation and a great opportunity to visit island Hvar where accomodation can get quite expensive. The staff will really go a long way to make your stay enjoyable - credits to Mr. Dragan at the bar, make sure you say hi! The food is good but can get a bit repetitive if you're staying for two weeks. And even if you have all-inclusive, do get out and explore the local restaurants. Good coffee, but the one at the bar, not the breakfast-buffet one. The beach is just below the hotel and is not reserved for hotel guests, but we never had any trouble getting a nice spot. Would come again.

Really bad hotel. Rooms like from 70’s. No air conditioning. Food is not bad. Staff is not really helpful. I cannot say anything bad about the neithbourhood because it is really beautiful here. If you are going to visit Hvar, rather avoid this place.

Voyage en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge en mai 2024, escale de 3 jours sur Hvar, en all-inclusive : Hôtel un peu démodé mais ça passe pour une escale, chambres très simples. Premier repas du soir médiocre avec des restes et les horaires des repas ne sont pas respectés car le personnel enlève des plats avant l'heure.Les petits-dejeuners sont correctes. Les desserts trennent à tous les repas et ne donnes pas envie, tout est très industriel. En même temps nous n'étions qu'une dizaine de clients donc difficile de faire frais tous les jours. Il serait conseillé de demander à chaque chambre ce qu'ils préfèrent afin de manger frais. Quelques membres du personnel agréables. Sinon l'hôtel est sur une jolie baie et près de Jelsea à pied qui est sympa le soir. Grand jardin arboré avec mini-golf,sympa pour les enfants et une balade. Piscine intérieure fermée et hors-service et il ne faisait pas chaud pour la piscine extérieure. Linge de lit et de bain propre. Gros travail à faire sur la restauration. Hôtel plutôt 2 étoiles et 180€/nuit en all-inclusive est trop cher vu les prestations. Comparé à un hôtel exceptionnel sur l'île de Brac au même prix. Cela nous a un peu gâché notre escale sur Hvar.

All'arrivo ci hanno detto un prezzo (91 euro) dicendoci di pagare la mattina perché il sistema era in down, la mattina a sorpresa il prezzo è diventato ben 160 euro per una camera orribile! Una vera fregatura, sconsigliato!

Sehr gastfreundliches, sauberes Mittelklassehotel. Ältere Zimmer, aber mit allen nötigen eingerichtet, renoviertes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und fanden die Speiseauswahl optimal, Preis-und Leistungsverhältnis passt. Wir haben die Livemusik ebenfalls sehr genossen und jeden Abend dazu getanzt. Da das Hotel von Pinien umgeben und fast direkt am Meer liegt haben wir auch den Ausblick und die Luft vom Balkon unseres Zimmers, der Terrasse vom Speisesaal, und der Bar sehr genossen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Está ubicado a unos 10 minutos a pie del centro. El edificio tiene cuatro plantas. El personal de recepción es amable y eficiente. Tiene 2 ascensores lo que parece que es suficiente, ya que las habitaciones 200 están en la planta de recepción.. Los pasillos están bien iluminados y las habitación bien identificadas. La habitación para uso individual tiene unos 20m2. Tiene una distribución muy ajustada La cama doble de 1,5m y las almohadas eran cómodas. La insonorización no era buena, se oía el ruido interior y exterior. También había un zumbido constante que se sentía en otras habitaciones. La iluminación no era correcta y se podía dejar a oscuras. El mobiliario era básico y estaba en relativo buen estado. La TV era de tubo de 14", lo que parece inaudito en 2022. No había aire acondicionado, solo en ventilador de techo que hacía bastante ruido. No ví calefacción, excepto en el baño. El baño era pequeño, no olía bien y poco práctico, especialmente el lavabo . Su iluminación era algo amarillenta y algo escasa. La grifería funcionaba correctamente y las toallas eran ásperas. El desayuno era poco variado y de baja calidad impropio en esta categoría. La wifi no funcionaba muy bien, pues se entrecortaba, aunque se podían conectar varios dispositivos. En resumen, un hotel que pude a gritos una renovación y mejorar sus servicios.
