We loved Hotel Villa Jerez especially the staff who were all so welcoming and could not do enough to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel is slightly old fashioned but we loved this especially the emphasis on service. All facets of the hotel were very clean and we enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was good. The hotel is a 20 minute walk into Jerez which was fine for us and the route feels very safe. There are a few local restaurants if you don’t want to go in to town every evening. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at Villa Jerez

Stayed in this hotel for one night during “el puente” - a period of several Spanish holidays in a row in December. The first and foremost what is great about Villa Jerez is the staff! From the moment we rolled in our rental car into a nice clean courtyard to our departure next morning, we were pampered by an incredible warmth and attentiveness of all the personnel we met. To the point of offering to turn on the pool under a pouring rain just for me and just because I asked about it. To the point of politely offering an amazing off menu drink at breakfast, accompanied by a true interest to us as personas, not as just clients. And more and more and more. Hotel itself has a mild nostalgic charm of an old 5 star establishment. It is the place where you feel relaxed and taken a great care of. And it is very affordable. Thank you!

Lives up to its revues and its 5* rating. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade to a junior suite, and it was sumptuous. Service was excellent and breakfast everything you could wish for. The touch of a glass of sherry on arrival was lovely. Highly recommended.

We have been visting Jerez for the past five years. We always make sure that we spend a few nights at the Villa Jerez. Great people, food and the rooms are always perfect. We plan to go back very soon.

Lovely old style spanish hotel with great service. The staff are what makes this place so nice. Very peaceful lovely gardens and pool and an excellent breakfast selection.

Yet another wonderful stay at Villa Jerez, sadly this time just a short visit but never disappoints. We have been coming here for years, it’s just like coming home, the staff are what makes this Hotel so special, sadly yes it needs some work on the building but you don’t really see this when staying there, it’s beautiful gardens, pool and veranda makes for a restful experience. We see already looking forward to going back. Thank you all very much.

It was another very restful visit to see friends that look after us very well. We always enjoy our stay here and have been coming to Hotel Villa Jerez for many years. The staff are more like family and always make our stay very enjoyable. The building is showing its age , it is on old building which was a splendid house in the day. The hotel is quiet but an easy walk into town but most occupants stay for a few days and then move on. A great stay again and we will see you next year.

We paid for larger superior room with breakfast included and got our money's worth. Large comfortable room and bathroom and nice patio overlooking central courtyard and garden. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure for shower. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. All quiet during our 3 night stay but looked like they were setting up for an event or reception in the courtyard do perhaps the next evening was not so tranquil. It's over a mile walk to the historic center of Jerez, but plenty of taxis available for those who don't want the exercise. Decor of hotel retains some of the charm of an older building. Some of the room furniture was a bit old and worn, but perfectly comfortable and functional. We would gladly stay there again.
