Didn't stay overnight here just stayed a couple of hours a lot of ants dusty floor that seemed like didn't clean and hair on the towel, and chewing gum on the luggage rack could be a perfect room if the room is clean.

We were initially placed in a room that had an unpleasant odor and where lights weren’t working. After requesting a different room we were informed that there had been a flooding incident in our original room which resulted in electrical problems with the lights. Why were we put in that room in the first place? We were moved right across the hall into a room “with a much better view” according to the desk clerk. Again, why weren’t we given the better room initially? That being said, the breakfast buffet was good and most of the workers encountered were both friendly and helpful.

Location stated it accommodates 6 people there was only 2 queen beds in the wrong. No way unless people slept on the floor does it sleep six now fighting to get my money back

The elevator kept breaking down. I was locked in the elevator when it shut down and no one would respond the help button. My wife had to go to the front desk to get the employee who was playing on his phone to reboot the elevator ( escuse was that the basement was too cold and systems would shut down. Changed rooms 3 times ( key wouldn't work, air conditioning wouldn't work, rooms were dusty). With breakfast the employee would keep an eye on what we were taking and question us that we had eaten when we hadn't even finished eating.

No house cleaning provided, dirty bed linen and toilet. Bathroom tub was in bad condition. Room carpet had stains.

Elevator sounded like it would break on any trip, door handle held on by a wood screw, the lock for the door was *****ped out of the door frame so was basically useless, and on multiple doors you could see where it had been broken into with a crow bar to pop the locks. Horrible hotel, wont be staying here again
