I loved everything about the hotel from being ushered out from the car to the lovely reception, to the room. I loved the services we got from the staff they were very helpful and sweet. There is a car to take you to do the activities like horse riding and boat riding. The hotel is within the Pegasus which is really convenient. The food was sooooo amazing I truly recommend going here it’s worth every penny. The room is clean, spacious and very modernised. I loved loved loved my time here and I will be booking for my next stay soon.

I like this hotel very much. So I book this hotel every time I visit that city. Amazingly very spacious room and nice features in it. I feel like a king there.

For Jiangyin this is just a great hotel option to have. Service is 5 star, room are well equipped, very spacious and good internet. All in all everything u need for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast is good as well, with a wide variety of Asian and western options

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It’s like staying in a palace. The finishings are of an exceptionally high standard. I would and have recommended this hotel to many friends.

酒店服務還沒得説，都會主動打招呼，早上早餐也很豐富，但是有一點建議就是最好是合作一下充點樁，現在電車越來越多了，上海過來也不遠，但是如果酒店🈶充電的就更好了，也不用擔心不夠回去。要去找服務區是不是，建議喲～
旅遊景區也不錯，雙休日到小朋友正合適時間剛剛好，推薦～

馬兒島酒店應該是集團鼎盛時期花重金建的 設施設備都非常棒 房間佈局也很好 非常安靜睡得很好 上洗手間也不影響他人 整個飛馬水城園區的建築質量感覺都下了重金 。相比設施設備 馬兒島的早餐有點配不上 品種跟不上 也沒有地方特色飲食 時間沒到很多種類都沒了......晚上的馬術表演很棒 票價也蠻辣手 從“飛馬水城”公眾號買房間和馬術表演套票最划算。相比國內其他樂園 感覺宣傳不夠 以及服務人員培訓不夠 沒有按照樂園工作人員進行培訓 尤其保安大叔們 態度都不太好。還有工作人員們的服裝 真是讓人一言難盡.....最後要吐槽的是 馬兒島地庫沒有充電樁 前台告訴我整個園區都沒有充電樁 要充電去附近什麼黃河超市 大概兩公里 我真的是驚呆了 做旅遊的 居然沒有充電樁！鄉下小民宿都不至於啊 這個飛馬水城是和當地供電局有什麼瓜葛嗎？實在難以理解...

服務超好，大堂的小姐姐小哥哥會非常主動幫忙拿行李！預訂時提的要求都完成了，還給了小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷～房間很大還有浴缸，小朋友很喜歡。有免費泳池，水温29度，可惜沒帶泳衣，小朋友沒有玩的成。早餐7點到10點，還有楊枝甘露，還發現了最愛的芥末章魚。酒店有接駁車，打個電話就能在廣場上來接哦～

酒店很好，乾淨衞生裝修不錯，住的很舒心，以馬為主題，所以到處都是馬，過年期間入住的人不多，所以比較清凈，服務員你説他熱心吧，看見你大包小包拎着也不過來幫下忙，你説他冷漠吧他對着你笑，還有那個拿着塊抹布站在那的中老年婦女保潔員，板着個臉就跟欠她錢似的，她不知道自己從事的是服務業嗎？讓人看了很不爽。晚上在房間點餐，可以選擇的菜實在太少，估計是怕有異味。起的太遲錯過早飯時間，所以不知道早飯如何，不過住這兒不怕沒吃的，中餐西餐火鍋各種小吃應有盡有，後面有美食街，可以購物可以觀摩世界各地的馬，吃喝玩樂可以待上兩天。
