We had a really wonderful stay . The room is very spacious and clean. And the location is perfect! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Although it's just a boutique hotel , this newly opened hotel is equipped with all the modern technologies like AI control of all the room facilities, robot delivery services, clean and nicely decorated room , decent soundproof that's allowed you to have a good quality stay and rest. The hotel is tastefully decorated from the moment you step in and the best part is the view from the open air platform that's allowed you to have a wonderful night view of the city. The Breakfast is one of the best of my Shandong trip and of course the best stay, even on par with some of the international Chain luxury hotels. The owner and his team are always there ready to offer assistance. Amazing Hotel. Beautiful Atmosphere, wonderful Architecture, Very Attentive and Supportive Staff, very Peaceful to stay, Good Food.

One of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!

The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room. My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that. There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

all the staffs are all very friendly. the front desk, housekeepers, and the staffs in the restaurant. the variety of food in the breakfast spread was good. I especially like the complimentary fruit tray provided every afternoon and light porridge every night. the hotel was very understanding and had offered to change my room due to the leakage from the heavy rain. as I did not request for the change, I was impressed that they had try to accommodate thou running on full occupancy. I was impressed by the hotel teamwork n unity. the team worked together to block the flood from entering from the main gate by stacking the sand bags, they worked tirelessly in the heavy downpour and overcoming the flood. Summary Great location BUT loud music at 745/8am daily for 30mins , plus cigarette stench in rooms Location Excellent, right Infront of Kong Temple (it's huge), HOWEVER be warned of the loud music coming from the temple and cigarette smell (read below). Kong Mansion is about 5mins walk from the Temple's right , and then the cemetery is located behind the There is a performance at the front of the temple gates at 8am every morning - the music is so loud it will wake you up from 745am 😂 10mins walk to their pedestrian street , you will find Luckin Coffee, Hey Tea etc and I highly reccomend MOBEN Thai restaurant located about 5mins walk (north) from Hey Tea . Rooms We walked into a room which stunk of cigarette smell. Suspect it was either coming through the shared air vents or the linen/towels , as if they were dried at a location where others smoke nearby. It's a pity because it's a really nice hotel. We had someone trying to enter the lift with a lighted cigarette in his mouth , and I had to push him out . That's crazy . Breakfast Simple and nice local spread. Gym Only 1 threadmill and 1 spinning bike , shared in the same room as the guests washing machine & dryer. Staff Very helpful and polite staff but they don't speak English. Have your Google translator ready

Staff are professional and friendly. We were given room extension despite starting only for a night. Breakfast was good for international appetites with good spread of salad and pastry plus hot food. The wifi is slow. Other than that, everything was good, comfy room, generals supply of water.
