Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

Wyjazd, który bardzo mnie poruszył, bardzo dobry hotel. Zostawiłem walizkę w recepcji hotelu i zapomniałem jej zabrać. Wieczorem hotel wysłał samochód do Chengdu. Przejazd tam i z powrotem trwał ponad dwie godziny. Byłem bardzo poruszony obsługą hotelu i troskliwością , Chciałabym dać im kciuki w górę!

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

Great Stay

The hotel is very beautifull. All staffs in hotel are very kindly and enthusiastic. I will come back in further.

位置在金堂比較寧靜的地方，離成都一小時多一點。酒店整體風格非常漂亮，維護也很好。 一居室別墅體驗非常棒，有一個小客廳、很大的洗漱間，尤其是卧室外的私湯很舒服，非常方便。 yaya的服務很周到。 非常適合作為成都周邊度假的目的地。

從門僮，大堂，餐廳，到客房等等，工作人員專業、熱情，及時迴應需求。在酒店讓我有回家的感覺。Taylor提前聯繫了我，詢問了我對房間的喜好，到店幫我升級了房型，小姐姐非常熱情有禮貌，讓人感受到賓至如歸。房間依水而建，景觀很棒,Hailey很貼心，給我準備了卡片。床品乾淨衞生，迷你吧免費使用，備品也及時補足。餐廳Helen積極詢問我對早餐是否合口味，有沒有什麼建議，熱情洋溢，活潑大方。這次體驗非常不錯，期待下次成都海泉灣美憬閣索菲特酒店之旅。

五一來金堂遊玩，在選擇酒店的時候查看了一些關於金堂各酒店的介紹，最終我們選擇了這家。酒店距成都一個多小時的車程，園林設計偏日系小而美，主打的就是一個遠離城市喧囂的概念，非常安靜； 非常感謝這趟美憬閣之旅的管家Mia，她的熱情和真誠讓我們在酒店休息的時光温馨且放鬆。Hailey也很快幫我辦理了入住，並幫我們升級到了一居別墅。房間裏不但有歡迎水果還貼心的準備了野餐墊和小朋友拖鞋；酒店親子活動也非常豐富有小童手搖船、幸運套圈、趣味投壺、射箭下午還有温泉皂和拓印的手工製作。 白馬湧泉泉眼所在地就在酒店裡。酒店公區有室內温泉三個泡池，比較大，其中有一個小童的海洋球和泡泡池，邊上還有兩個幹蒸和濕蒸房間，室外分佈10多個泡池，水温35℃-41℃不等，完全可以滿足大人放鬆，小孩子玩水的需求。 晚上外出遊玩回來，泡上一壺茶，一宅一院一湯泉當庭院內的湯池，注入升騰暖水，浸泡暖池，聆聽自然物語，讓人十分放鬆。 酒店帶給我們全家非常好的體驗感，白天我們在園區騎行散步晚上管家Taylor幫我們放了泡泡浴和小鴨子而且餐廳charlie及時幫我們解決了用餐時的突發事情，十分的感謝；對於環境優美，服務到位，設施對得起價格的酒店，期待下次再回來

房間非常好，打掃得也很好。管家yaya和餐廳的vivian服務得很好，聽到説有長者還加了防滑墊，特別暖心。最後因為套餐裏包含的鹽療預約的人太多了，前一天晚上預約都要第二天中午過了才能體驗，我們就想着算了，前台的小姐姐還因為我們沒體驗到送了伴手禮。每一個服務員都非常不錯。前一天人少，温泉池開得不多，第二天就開得多了。私湯也很舒服。酒店活動也很多。可以劃竹筏，射箭，做手工皂。提兩個小建議，一是停車位可以加個棚子，因為這兩天過來沒有地下停車場還是很曬的。夏天可能更曬了。二是私湯池周圍如果方便，可以加點紗幔，這樣私隱性更好。整體體驗感很好，餐廳也不錯，spa也做得好。就在周邊，以後有空又來。

非常棒的酒店，有潺潺的流水，露天的草坪，房間設施非常齊全，裝修也很贊，還有室內室外的温泉泡池，泡池有大概20個，種類繁多，我們對温泉非常滿意。管家Hailey親自帶我們入住，並做了耐心講解，房間乾淨寬敞，洗護用品也很好用。Taylor退房送了我們伴手禮，悉心詢問了住店體驗。這家酒店風景優美，設施設備極佳，在一眾度假酒店裡麪絕對物超所值，非常推薦，下次來還會入佳。
