Beautiful property and gardens, especially the water streams throughout the property and the landscaping. Rooms are in casitas all with garden access. The villas have 3 bedrooms and are very spacious but face a road that isn't nice and the outside neighborhood is not good at all. There was no air conditioning which is terrible considering that Cuernavaca is very hot and humid in the summer months.

The resort itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are dated and could use a facelift. The furniture has seen better days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in a 2 room villa. All the lighting did not work. The restaurant service and the food great. We had, manicures, pedicure, facials and massages. The ladies doing the service were wonderful, however for the mani-pedi you only had like 5 colors of polish to chose from which I found unacceptable. All in all it is a nice place. I may look for a more up to date location next time I am in the area.

EL EARLY CHECK IN, A PEZAR DE QUE LO HABÍA SOLICITADO CON DÍAS DE ANTERIORIDAD TUVE PROBLEMAS PARA QUE ME LO ACEPTARAN HASTA QUE FINALMENTE ME LO DIERON. O SEA, SI YA LO HABÍA SOLICITADO, Y SI ME LO PODÍAN DAR (PORQUE SI ME LO DIERON) QUE NECESIDAD DE HACERTE PASAR UN MAL RATO A TU LLEGADA?.
Y AL HACER EL CHECK OUT, TUVE QUE ARRASTRAR MIS MALETAS POR CAMINO DE TERRACERÍA PARA LLEGAR AL MOSTRADOR, YA QUE ARGUMENTARON QUE NO PODÍAN MANDARME A NADIE YA QUE ESTABAN ATENDIENDO A OTROS HUÉSPEDES.
POR LO DEMAS UNA ESTANCIA TRANQUILA Y EL LUGAR ES PRECIOSO.

It was perfect green areas and garden... The rooms are old fashion and feel like if you are in the 70's but lovely view and nice gardens. Perfect to be in a quite place only. Food was nice and good.

Stayed. Here ten years ago. Grounds and spa services still wonderful. Perfunctorily service and limited menu options at restaurant. Our door lock was very difficult to use. We were advised to not lock our door as no one will trespass. Not acceptable.
