Good and well maintained old resort hotel located near UTM. Varieties of good breakfast and ample space parking area. The club house are superb with Malay traditional architecture supported with gym, pool etc

This is a little retreat away from home. We spent Raya at this hotel. It’s very quiet and secluded. I want to give a special thank you to Raj! He was so sweet, always going the extra mile! Please can the management give him special recognition as he made the holiday extra pleasant

Hotel ok cuma tak muslim friendly.
Quiet disappointing for a public hotel, dekat public cafe table dia pakai mark Carlsberg. The wine bottles are their highlights, as if this is not a muslim country. Biasanya pergi 4-5 stars hotel, wines or bar section kena kat hujung2 sikit, tapi kat Pulai Spring ni macam fokus utama dia. Patung2 pun banyak.
So as a muslim rasa serba salah sebenarnya tinggal di hotel macam ni.
Anyway my kids love the pool with the huge slide!

Good and spacious rooms.
Many different facilities and sports center, however is dated and needs renovation. 3 out of 4 Sauna/steam room did not work.
Breakfast is average

Stayed in deluxe room but don’t feel deluxe at all. Things were out of order here and there with no proper maintenance. Hang make up room hanger on the door but can go missing. The housekeeping just too lazy. Only the hotel premises is spacious with many trees.

Construction activities around the area. Other than that, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Their spa service was excellent as well as their intuitive reception and ground staffs.
The room however is a dated and in dire need of renovation or redevelopment. High potential place I must stay as the big pool have a breathtaking view upon sunset and sunrise.
Had a chance to try their Chinese’s Cooking Restaurant and it was amazing. I love the shark fins soup and pecking duck! Go and try yourself.
The breakfast however, quite limited in choices if you were to ask me but a big round of applause to that kuah kacang and nasi impit.
Will I revisit? If only the price is reasonable :)
