This time round the counter staff it’s a bit rude . Kinda disappointed with the service this time. Anyway the rest is still as usual .

Room Number: 1128, 1129
Pros:
- nice sea view
- comfortable bed
- separate bathtub and shower area
- Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly)
- decent size gym
- breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room)
- staff were friendly and proactive
Cons
- Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart
- not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well.
- pillow was way too soft
- My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together.
- Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided.
- Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub
- sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor

Checkin service was fast and hassle free
The room is clean but we found 3-4 little live cockroach during our one night stay. Has inform the reception counter during check out.
Room furniture and bad tub worn out. Will not come again

Hotel Location is a 15min car ride from city centre. Pool looks good and breakfast is not bad. Room is a bit dated and there are not enough power plugs. Toilet comes with bath tub. For the price, it is not a bad deal with this room size.

Good location, hotel a bit old. Car park lift doesn’t operate properly. Rooms bedsheets not very clean with stains. Value for money with breakfast provided

Had an overall good time. They upgraded my room and the view was excellent. Bed was super cozy and room was large for us three (2A + 1C). Breakfast was good. Wish there was a toilet closer to the pool. Nearest was at the lobby. Guest services was a lil difficult to get through, prolly shorthanded at that time. Faster to get service via direct google message.

The hotel is abit away from JB city center and hence might need to grab there. Not much food around the area except Lazy Monday which we went to try and the burger is very dope! As for amenities it’s a 5 ⭐️, it has awesome gym, big pool area. As for the breakfast, the variety is quite decent but it’s way too many people (probably due to being full house that day) and hence they forget to put in some toiletries in our room (eg. Water and toothpaste). Overall is still good but still can be improved.
