Bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel just needs a good clean. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Bretfeast was awful the Pancakes was cold and rubbery and the Orange juice was just nasty dish walter
I would recommend staying but have breakfast elsewhere

It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced.
Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,

the building might be a bit aged on the outside but inside each of the room, it have what i need for this short stay. no no complaint

Very friendly staff, and the service was amazing. the hotel reception and rooms are old but still very clean and well maintained. comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice jacuzzi and sauna.
