In my room 201, the wifi doesn't work, the phone doesn't work, the washing machine doesn't work, and no room clean service, really bad experience.
房間內無線壞的，電話壞的，洗衣機壞的，沒有房間打掃服務，整個體驗非常差。

Hotel rooms need brighter lightings and minor upgrade/refurbishment

Everything is always amazing. Rooms have recently been refurbished to a high quality. The staff always go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of all the local restaurants and entertainment facilities. In my opinion, this is a fantastic place to stay in Juffair, and I look forward to going again.
