Fabulous small and privately owned hotel with excellent restaurant. Try the house wine Juliénas. Very welcoming and professional owners with a lady directing and a husband in the excellent kitchen, a success formula pitily disappearing in smaller French hotels. Close to the highway.

This is a really comfortable, welcoming hotel, and the food is delicious. I was sorry i was only able to stay one night, a Wednesday, Had the hotel been open on Tuesdays, i would have made it two nights.

Cannot find fault with this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable. Our room/ suite was perfect, and the dinner excellent. Guided throughout by a helpful, enthusiastic team, the hotel provided an excellent pause on our journey home. The menu is short, -but very well put together- and the wine list very reasonable. We were delighted with the whole stay. My only reservation is the lack of private parking - I have had my car broken into on overnight stops, - but I am more than happy to accept the risk in Julienas. We intend to make this one of our regular ‘stop-off’ places as we travel through France

Lovely, welcoming hotel with great restaurant which is available for lunch some days. Room was huge and very comfortable. Great breakfast, probably best croissants we ate. Very good experience in all.

You will feel that the owners have worked in top hotels in Switzerland: everything feels genuinely perfect. The room is perfectly clean, cotton sheets feel like silk, excellent pillows and matrass, it is a quiet place to stay, excellent professional service in the restaurant, french-swiss cuisine, fantastic house wine Julienas La Rose, we cannot praise the hotel enough! Top noth, worth the detour.

The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean with all the amenities that you need. The staff are very welcoming and the service and food in the restaurant is of a very high standard. The village is charming and is not too far away from different vineyards and the motorway.

Loved this hotel! Had a fantastic room, was huge! Very large bathroom Separate toilet Living area with sofa and TV Nice large bedroom With tea and coffee facilities Very friendly! Couldn’t do enough for you! Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend Food was great too! Thank you!

A lovely welcome back from Christine to this delightful hotel. She gave us the same spacious room as last time, so it was like coming home. Dinner was delicious and beautifully served. The hotel is tastefully presented and spotlessly clean throughout. At this difficult time for the hospitality industry, I have to admire their efforts to make it such a pleasant experience to stay in this very pretty village. Thank you Christine and Alain.
