Our team had an incredible stay at this hotel during our team outing. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met with a friendly and proactive approach. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make our time memorable. From the delicious meals to the well-maintained facilities, it was truly a fantastic experience. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning for future events. Highly recommended!

This property is situated near a Lake, which is very beautiful and people can take privilege of it. The service is very good. Food is also ultimate. The location is between varkala and city. Rooms are also very good. Overall very good experience.

Lake palace has given me one of the best memorable vacation. Starting with the place where it is located, kadinamkulam, a beautiful location that offers a calm and serene vibe. The hotel is lake facing and I stayed in the lake view deluxe room which was superb. Their housekeeping is so amazing that everytime I came back to my room, I got an air of freshness. Sheetal and Reshma at the reception are the friendliest and most hospitable people and they definitely are doing justice to their profession. They just made my stay so comfortable. ***oj Kumar sir who is the AGM of the hotel is one of the most intellectual and kind person I have met. The way he treats the guests is commendable. Rahul who took us for kayaking is yet another amazing hu***. I was extremely terrified but he was so kind and motivating. The buffet breakfast here was just yummyyyyy. Alao, there is a local bar and an executive bar within the premise that offers great food. The food at the local bar is a must try. The bar ***ager Mr.Binu is friendly and one of the rare people you would meet who is passionate about his job. In short, I loved every bit of the stay and I am hoping to visit the place again asap.

It was really a superb experience...In the background of the lagoon with the lush greenery, the stay was so exotic...The rooms are clean and the service was fine...Let me add that the food was delicious....The staff was so cordial and cooperative... One of the most alluring thing was the Kayaking in the lagoon...It was so thrilling and adventurous.. The guiding by Rahul was marvellous... Lots of thanks to him.. The resort also provides indoor games like shuttle badminton,snooker,carroms etc..There is a small library for the literature buddies .. It is a real solacing spot for everyone "Far away From the Madding Crowd "👍🏻😄

If you are visiting Kerala this is a lovely property to stay at with your family / lpved ones. The property is great with good amenities like Kayaking, Swimming pool, Snooker, Volleyball, Badminton, Chess, Carrom, etc. The food is awesome and the Grand Suite we stayed at was super spacious and cozy. All in all a great stay

Kanthari 🍤 changed my life. Seetha & Reshma were very helpful at the front desk & Rahul took us out on an unforgettable kayak ride which was very fun! Also took the most relaxing jacuzzi bath. 10/10 experience - amazing staff, room and food!

We booked suite 1001 room no . Room was spacious but no view from balcony. Bathroom nice but tub quite risky as you have to be careful while taking bath . Food good and service good . They have Bar also, All amenities are in room with mini bar and tea coffee set up . Complementary 2 bottles of water is available.

We had real nice stay. The service was nice. Staff who helped us @ the reception counter ****al , Reshma ,Nikhil were polite and cooperative. Cleanliness in rooms were maintained regularly. For families it's perfect as lot of entertainment was there swimming pool, carrom chess multiplex theatre. Food was delicious.

This is a beautiful property and the staff is very courteous. The hotel has a beautiful lobby, a nice swimming pool and beautiful lake. Kayaking was fun in the lake and the prices for everything are very fair - rooms , kayaking, restaurant. All requests of ours were gladly accommodated Sheethal at the front desk was very helpful with all our requests. I travel globally and was most recently in peru in april . have seen lot of resorts with upcharges but lower level of service. This place was the opposite great price , nice property and great service Make sure to take a lake view room if visiting here
